Alexis, kevin, and April finally got home from their little trip during 8th period the last period of the day. They had chi or that period so Kelsey and hem weren't in the same class but they all rode the bus home together. The final bell rang to go home and Kelsey's friemds got on the bus first. Kelsey was laughed at the whole way to the bus.
The bus was really loud till she stepped on the bus them everyone went into shock an then a everyone but Alexis, April, and Kevin laughed at what she looked like. She sat in the first seat while her friends were in the back of the bus where they normally sat. Then Kelsey heard running and screa,ING from behind her through all the laughter. It was her friends coming and questioning what happened to her, yet she didn't speak a word to them of what happened.
10 minutes of being questioned and made fun of later...
Kelsey and the 3 others got off the bus together. They lived right next to each other. Kelsey and Alexis were next door neighbors April lived on the other side of Kelsey and Kevin lived across the street from April. The house in front of Kelsey was up for sale. Its been up for sale for a week or two. All the parents were at work and then when they got off at 5 pm they were all going to party in a hotel in Florida so the teens were alone for the next week.
Kelsey took off her backpack and threw it angrily into her yard and then fell to her knees crying loudly like she couldn't take it anymore. Then she rearranged her position to sitting on the sidewalk with her hands on her face looking down. The 3 others dropped their things in shock and gathered around Kelsey patting her on the back and hugging her. Through her painful crying she managed to tell them what happened without them asking her.
Kevin picked Kelsey up and hugged her. Then after about 5 seconds on that she pushed away and went back to her original position. Alexis and April picked her up under her arms and did a "group hug" thing. Kelsey knew they weren't about to stop so she gripped their shirts and cried harder and louder than before. Before they knew it they were all crying on the sidewalk together. April and Alexis were crying because this wouldn't have happened if they were there. Kevin didn't know what to do a couple of tears fell after thinking of what happened.
They cried all the way over to Kevin's house. Kelsey stopped outside and Alexis stopped with her as the other 2 went in.
"Are you ok Kels," asked Alexis with sorrow.
"I'm fine Lex I just need a minute to regain my train of thought" Kelsey had stopped crying. "Just go in I'll be in there in a minute."
Alexis went in looking back at Kelsey with fear and thought...
All of a sudden the 4 most horrible teens in the world came up behind Kelsey.
"Hey KB did ya miss your best friends," came Jake with a smirk.
"No! Now stop and just please leave me alone and pick on someone your own size! I'm yore of being your punching bag," exclaimed Kelsey with confidence as she quickly turned around to see her matched opponets.
"Sassy are we? Heh heh sassy Cassie," said amy.
"My name is Kelsey not Cassie."
"Sassy Cassie I like it! Hey sassy Cassie ready for round 2," asked Axel with laughter in the background.
Kelsey went to take a step to head inside Kevin's house to leave these idiots. Nope, that's not what Amy wanted. Amy picked up Kelsey by her shirt and threw her on the ground face first. Kelsey threw her glasses to the porch so they wouldn't get broken. She went to get up but was greeted with a kick to the face. Then she was kicked multiple times by the laughing 4 some in the gut, face, arms, and legs.
"Who wants to see my signature move" called Axel. They all cheered to say yes.
Axel grabbed Kelsey's left arm and tied it behind her back and body slammed her. They all heard a Crack, it was Kelsey's arm. Broken... They laughed worth the while and saw a truck coming and decided to throw her out in the middle of the road. Jane didn't want to do that so she made an excuse an stood back in horror and turned away. Kelsey was out in yhe middle of the road when the crew cab GMC ran over her right leg and shattering from her knee all the way down incuding her foot. The truck kept going and the three that threw in the hehe road laughed and walked away. Jane walked but was in shock. She said a silent "I'm sorry" to Kelsey and walked with the others with her head down.
Kelsey blacked out not knowing what went on. All she knew was that she was in pain a lot of pain and that she was covered in blood and laying in a puddle of it...
