They awoke the next day in each others arms on the couch with the TV on. When the finally noticed that they were in each others arms they both blushed.
"Heh heh sorry uh how did you sleep?" Nathan said nervously while putting his free hand behind his head while blushing.
"I slept fine bevause you were here protecting me from those awful bullies! How about you," came Kelsey with a small smile.
"I'm glad you slept good! it was my honor protecting the princess Kelsey from all the danger lurking around the 7 seas!"
She giggled once more but it was more of her old laugh she giggled like she used to before all this happened.
Nathan thought to himself 'Today is the day I'm going to tell her how much I lover her!'
Nathan helped Kelsey get ready for school and instead he rolled her wheel chair to school instead of taking the bus. They got to school and here came the friends with large grins.
"So how did we do last night!?" Kevin was the first to speak or ask of it.
"Oh me an me lassy talked for hours on end and played our favorite video games. Aren't I right me matey?"
Kelsey laughed once more "Aye yes me first hand pirate!" Alexis was overjoyed and jumped up and down with excitement and started hitting Kevin with happiness.
"I protected me princess Kelsey from all thee danger lurkin' in thee 7 seas." Nathan gave Kelsey a loving look and she loved it.
Just then her came the 4 most hated kids in school or "most loved." They came up and Amy said with a snotty voice "Looky what we have here! The new kid and Sassy Cassie!"
"Look back off who ever you are I mean she's had enough of tour joking! It put her in the hospital! For god sake stop!" Nathan said stepping in front of Kelsey protecting her. Kelsey thought 'Wow he's amazing he's standing up for me!'
"And what are you going to do about it pirate boy?" Axel sounded like he wanted to start a fight.
"Look I'm not going to fight you just back off and walk away now bunny boy!" Nathan wasn't going to stand for it.
"Get her sis!" Ordered Axel.
"Gladly brother" came Amy with a mean look on her face.
Axel and Jake tackled Nathan to the floor. Then Amy got rid of Kelsey's friends. Jane stood back in horror not wanting this to happen but didn't want to disobey her brother and friends so she just stood back. Axel and Jake made Nathan watch as Amy kicked Kelsey in her shattered leg and punched and slapped her in the face multiple times.
Nathan screamed with anger "No! Stop don't do that! Let me go now you jerks!" Kelsey just cried with hurt and screamed for her friends and Nathan but she screamed for Nathan the most.
Nathan gathered his strength from his anger and threw the 2 guys into the lockers and grabbed Amy by her shirt like she did to Kelsey and threw her aside. Jane aided her brother and friends even though she didn't want to.
"Kelsey! Are you ok!? Talk to me!" He paused and started balling while hugging Kelsey for which she wasn't responding. "Kelsey please!... Talk to me..." He said through the tears. He stood up and walked over to Jake and Axel picked them both with one hand each, he held them up against the lockers and banged their heads on yhe locker them stuffed them in separate lockers. "Kelsey!? Me first mate!?..." He rushed her to the nurses office and the 3 friemds followed in fear. He explained it all to them as they turned from fear to fear and shocked... ...
