As days passed, Donkey realized things couldn't be better. Every morning, Doc woke Donkey up with a warm cup of cocoa. Every time Donkey got morning sickness, Doc would be by his side, brushing his fur. During lunch, Doc would get all of Donkey's cravings no matter how odd they were, and he wouldn't look at Donkey weird. These things made all of Donkey's legs weak, Donkey got turned on by his actions many times and even flirted with Doc a little. Though, Doc wouldn't give in. It was like he wasn't affected by Donkey's sexual approaches and Donkey didn't know if he was proud that Doc was a gentleman or be upset that Doc didn't find him shrekxy. It all made sense at the end of day.

Doc: Good morning, my love, are you feeling ok? Doc walks in with warm milk and cookies, setting them down in front of Donkey.
Donkey: I'm feeling better than yesterday, thank you.
Doc: That's great, baby. Have an appetite today?
Doc picks up a cookie and teases Donkey with it. Donkey bites the cookie whole like a badass.
Donkey: Mhmm~
Donkey swallows the cookie and Doc can't help but watch as he swallows. It wasn't that he wasn't affected by Donkey. He was very much affected. He had to hold it down all the time. He tried his best to keep it on his trunk because he was afraid of hurting the baby. There was only one way to release these tensions. He just had to wait until donkey got distracted so he could slip away.
Donkey: Why are you staring at me, weirdo?
Donkey teases Doc. He didn't know how much this affected Doc.
Doc: D-Donkey!
Doc's face turns tomato red and then faces the wall in order to calm down.
Doc: Don't tease me like that, kitten.... You don't know what sort of punishment daddy will give you if you keep it up.
Doc is still facing the wall but lets out small chuckles.
Doc: im going out for groceries to.. calm down. I'll be back soon.

Donkey had been waiting for an opportunity like this for a while now. Donkey may be naive but not stupid. He had noticed that every time at 9pm, Doc would suspiciously get out of bed and go to the basement. He would disappear soon after and all the many times Donkey checked the basement, Doc would rush him out of there and tell him not worry about the basement and that it was better if he didn't go there. Now was the chance to check it and fulfill Donkey's curiosity to his heart's content. Donkey went down the basement and everything seemed fine. There was boxes full of newspapers and piston cups.
