Tae woke up at 3 am and went in the bathroom to freshen up. She came out in blouse and in-skirt after bathing. She took the saree and began draping it on her in-skirt.
When Tae was done wearing saree; she went towards Euna and found her already awake. Euna giggled by looking at her mother looking so beautiful in saree.
Tae took Euna in her arms and pecked her cheeks.
Tae- My baby already woke up with her mama, huh? Let's go down. Your grandma might call anytime soon.
Tae took her iPad and walked down along with Euna. She placed the iPad on dining table and sat on the chair with Euna in her lap.
After sometime Mrs Jeon video called her. Tae immediately accepted and greeted her mother-in-law.
Mrs Jeon- How are you Tae? Aigoo our little princess also woke up so early.
Tae- I am fine Eomma and yes your little princess also woke up early. How can she let her mama talk with her grandma alone?
Mrs Jeon- That's good. We will get her company. We won't be bored.
Tae- Yes Eomma.
Mrs Jeon- Btw you got the parcel which I sent?
Tae- Yes Eomma. Here it is. (said by showing the items which Mrs Jeon sent for Tae)

Mrs Jeon- You have to eat the entire sargi Tae cuz you won't be able to eat or drink anything for the entire day.
Tae- Yeah Eomma. I will try cause you have sent too many items. I don't think I can finish this entire thing.
Mrs Jeon- I won't listen anything. Atleast this much is needed to keep up with the karwa chauth fast.
Tae- Okay Eomma but why didn't you told me about the fast earlier? I too could have sent sargi to you.
Mrs Jeon laughed at Tae's words.
Mrs Jeon- Sargi is given by mother-in-law to their daughter-in-law. Now how can you give sargi to me, huh? That's why I already prepared it for myself.
Tae- Okay Eomma. Now shall we begin?
Mrs Jeon- Yeah, it's almost time.
Tae and Mrs Jeon prayed to God and began eating the sargi while talking with each other in between. Little Euna was continuously staring at the variety of dishes infront of her. She looked at Tae who was busy in eating and wasn't even glancing at her daughter.
Euna's eyes travelled at the bowl of kheer. She was about to dip her hand inside the kheer but Tae immediately stopped her.
Tae- You want your dada to scold me again baby? It's hot na. You might burn your hand.
Euna's lips wobbled as she thought Tae is scolding her.
Mrs Jeon- Give her taste of kheer Tae. She might like it.
