Sasuke felt his whole world crumble right then, and there seeing the screen of his blonds hand, and chest drenched with blood. Naruto slumped over to the side causing a set of tears to fall from Sasuke's eyes.

"Naruto!" Sasuke heard the group scream causing Sasuke to snap up to his feet.

Sasuke's scrambled to get up legs moving, as fast as he could.

"Are y-ou okay?"

Sasuke's feet halted so quickly he almost fell he leaned against the wall of a building to catch his breath. He heard a groan his eyes falling over the screen the view began to move as heavy breathing was heard. Sasuke had to stare hard at the screen to see what he was seeing was real. Naruto gazed at his shaky hands filled with blond, as he sat up. Another groan was heard the blonds view falling over Pain plastered upon the ground, and groaning. Sasuke caught Pains right shoulder was bleeding causing the raven to fall on his knees from relief.

"Y-you okay?" Pain asked in a low hissed whisper.

"Y-yeah I'm okay. I'm okay. I'm okay." Naruto's trembling voice repeated to ease himself, and the others knowing he probably scared them.

Naruto peered down at his chest seeing the blood all over him was from Pain. His heart was racing, as he was shaking he didn't know what was going on, or who was outside.

"He took the shot." Sasuke panted out.

'Pain took the shot.'

"R-restroom." Pain whispered.

"H-hide p-please." He begged.

Pain then reached into his pocket where he dialed one of his partners number.

"Dai been s-shot b-bring back up."

Pain lowered the phone pushing it aside once he ended the call. Sasuke stood up swaying slightly from feeling dizzy. He felt his chest so tight, yet filled with relief.

"He took the shot!?" Kiba asked shocked.

"S-sasuke." Shikamaru whispered.

"Sasuke wait!" He shouted.

Naruto panicked more he knew his raven was probably on his way. The blond shook his head repeatedly. Pain grunted in pain again Naruto took advantage sending Sasuke an order.

"Don't come." He begged.

Sasuke halted his feet he moved aside to be against one of the buildings near an alleyway. His chest was heaving from the running his eyes on the apartment that was so close.

"Then what do I do?" He whispered desperately.

"Naruto." Pain called in a whisper grasping onto his arm.

"Back up is coming hide for the time being I'll stall whoever it is.....p-please just hide....trust me okay."

Naruto eyes fell over Pains eyes that were begging him, as the floor began to stain with blood. The blond never felt so confused in his life the man that killed his parents just took a bullet for him, and now was risking his life to cover for him.

"Trust me." Pain repeated causing Naruto to tense up once he heard the door to the apartment creaking open.

"Go." Pain demanded.

"T-third door."

Naruto complied he nodded shakily he tore away from the man that took a bullet for him, and rushed quietly to the restroom where he opened the door and stepped in. He spun around shutting the door quietly then locking it. Naruto couldn't see due to the room being dark he scooted to the side away from the door trying to be careful not to make a noise, and sat on the side of the door. If the intruder opened it he could kick it back having it hit the intruder.
