They called me on my days off and my manger been really picky with me even though I do everything he says. He makes me really unhappy at work and I prefer working with my assistant manger than my manger. I get stuck with everything, and at times I just come home and sleep.

Blond tired lashes flutter opened exposing bright blue. They narrowed from the heavy rays of the sun casting themselves on his eyes. Naruto yawned reaching his hand out by his side only to feel it empty. Naruto jolted from the bed his orbs widen glancing around his surroundings. They flicked over each detail of the room in horror the half broken bed the cracking and faded painted walls. The cracks in the ceiling.

"No, no, no, no". He shook his head in fear heart hammering in fright.

He couldn't be.

He couldn't be in his old apartment.

He thrashed out of bed throwing his rooms door open.

" Sasuke!" Naruto called out frantically.

He ran into the kitchen yelling for his lovers name. Barging into his only restroom finding it to be empty. Tears were swelling in his orbs as, he stepped back into the kitchen. He shook his head backing up against his wall chest heaving with heavy pants of hyperventilating breaths.

"Sasuke!" Naruto called out again.

Silence.

Naruto shook his head frantically. His hands came to slap his cheeks, but he felt every speck of pain.

"Sasuke! " He called again voice breaking, as tears fell from his orbs.

The blonds orbs flicked around the room for something at least a speck of a clue. He stopped seeing a white envelope on his kitchen table. With the sensation of jelly like legs he stumbled over to the letter. His bright blue orbs prickled more with tears, as he caught the beautiful writing of his ravens name printed on the envelope.

With shaky hands he flipped the envelope over to open the flap taking out a letter. He unfolded the letter his orbs blurred with tears.

Dear, Naruto

I'm sorry for this, but if you're reading this then you must be awake in your old apartment. I know its confusing, and frightening to be back in your old apartment, but I couldn’t risk it. You would be much safer there than you are with me. When this is over I promise to come back. Believe me it was so hard to leave you there, and walk away. To drive miles away. I'm sorry my love I'm doing this, but it was for the best. I'll always love you, and I promise I'll be back.

The blond dropped the letter in his hands the words engulfing his mind. Tears were now overflowing his heart breaking with each tear.

"Okay, Sasuke funny joke, now come out!" Naruto shouted, as his voice broke.

Silence.

He shook his head his hands flying to claw his hair.

'No this can't be happening he wouldn’t do this.!" Naruto shouted in his mind.

"Sasuke!....Please come out!" Naruto begged, his voice trembling along with his legs.

His knees buckled to the floor the shattering tears staining the floor.

"Sas..uke." Naruto broke out.
