A day later, it was the funeral for Agent Morales, I and Georgia still haven't told our family about what happened last night only Flores knows the truth. I walked downstairs to see Georgia looking pale, our Dad was hugging her as I knew deep down if I hadn't brought her she wouldn't have to witness and do that for me.

I walked past them as I went to get a glass of water, makeup was plastered on my face covering the bruises from the incident. I stood near the sink drinking my water, as my Mom walked up behind me, hugging me gently "You've been quiet Alessia," she spoke gently as I just stayed quiet. She turned me around as I looked at her, my eyes were tearful, she looked at me "Baby, don't cry," she said rubbing my cheek as a tear dropped down my cheek.

Georgia looked at me to tell our parents the truth, I just burst out in tears. Our Mom brought me into her chest hugging me tightly "I brought Georgia with me to a mission yesterday and it went wrong," I spoke out as our Dad looked at Georgia and then at me.

"What do you mean?" our Mom asked hugging me.

"Georgia saved my life," I said as tears streamed.

Our parents both looked at each other, and suddenly Georgia spoke "The agent attacked Alessia... and it was horrible. He tried to kill her, so I pushed him off the roof... to save her," she said as our Dad held her closer to him.

It was quiet as our parents were trying to wrap their heads around the situation, I and Georgia knew how much we were in trouble. Especially myself. Our Dad planted a kiss on Georgia's forehead as he motioned for me to walk over to him, which I did.

I walked over as he held both of us in his arms, hugging us tightly "I am incredibly proud of both of you," he said with a gentle comforting tone.

"But how angry?" Georgia asked.

"Very," our Mom responded.

"We will decide both punishments when we all come home, but for now let's get this funeral over with," he said.

At the funeral, we sat in the middle however Elliott was at the front, I peeked my head over to see Flores, but I had one problem and that was to make my parents not notice Flores.

We all stood up as the family members walked down the aisle. Morales's mother was speaking at the front, she was saying kind things as Georgia spoke loudly "Liar!" she said as heads turned to us, our Dad looked at Georgia so did I.

Before everyone turned their head back to the front "What are you doing?!" I questioned her.

She shrugged, I looked at her as the mother kept speaking.

Finally, the funeral came to an end, I and Georgia made our way out first. I couldn't bare to stay there any longer than I should. Elliott walked over, grabbing my arm "Did you kill him?" he snapped at me.

"No, I didn't," I replied.

Elliott didn't believe me, and he never would, he was furious as he kept speaking to me "Pack it in," our Dad snapped at him. Elliott was furious as he walked away. I looked at Georgia who was looking incredibly pale, I pulled her closer to me. I opened the car door and I helped her get in the back, I sat beside her.

We eventually got home, and we sat on the couch waiting for our parents. Eventually, they came in "Georgia you are grounded for 2 weeks and will be working with Mom every day and after school from 4 pm to 9 pm at night for 2 weeks. Alessia you will be in the office for 2 weeks doing paperwork whilst Daniel does your jobs," our Dad spoke with a stern tone.

"Basically, I'm swapping jobs?" I looked up at him, and he nodded.

"You know I almost had my eyes gauged out of my skull," I looked at them, I wasn't happy.

"And we are glad you're here and safe but Alessia you broke the rule, Georgia never goes on missions and for a fact she won't be involved with the mafia business and what did you do? Broke it," he snapped.

"And that is something I do regret Dad, I can't do two things at once do your job and babysit. And you know what, Georgia was so happy to come with me, she finally had the experience of what it was like, it could've gone better, yes. But she had the experience," I snapped back as I stood up.

He glared at me, he wasn't impressed with the backchat "Look, Im sorry for speaking my mind but it works both ways, even ask Georgia. She was really happy to be involved for once," I looked at him as he sighed looking at Georgia.

"Yeah, it's true. I was happy that Alessia asked me, I would never want to do it again but it was nice that she offered," she spoke softly, as our Dad sat down beside her and hugged her, he motioned me to come and sit next to him as he hugged me as well "You two are my little angels, I wouldn't want anything to happen to either of you, that's why I worry so much," he spoke kissing both of our foreheads.

Daniel and Matthew walked downstairs "Oh sloppy moments," Daniel said as they sat on the couch.

"Daniel, you will be swapping shifts with Alessia," our Dad said as Daniel nodded. Matthew looked at my face before holding it, as my makeup had been melting off by heat and tears, the bruises soon were shown, as his thumb rubbed underneath my eyes.

"I'm fine," I spoke softly with a slight smile, he held my face looking at the bruises. I rest my head on his shoulder.
