After Changmin and I got bored of studying and me spying on Sunwoo, we decided to head home and watch TV on his couch. I always wondered why our families didn't just move into one house, we basically shared all the facilities.

"Do you think he has a girlfriend?" I asked, my legs were crossed over Changmin's lap.

"Song Kang? Probably." Changmin said. "he's a lot older than us you know."

We were watching Nevertheless for the fifth time. It was our comfort show. We liked how calming it was, and I liked the idea of there still being romantic adventures post-high school.

"Not him," I kicked him. "Sunwoo."

"Sunwoo? I would hope not for your sake. And the fact that he blatantly flirts with other customers." Changmin answered.

"You think he was flirting?" I asked.

Changmin faced me and put a weird ass looking smirk on his face and winked. "He did that to everyone who walked out the door."

"You know it only looks cool when Sunwoo does it." I told him.

"Tch." Changmin faced the tv again.

"But he specifically remembered me you know." I said after a moment. "And the way he interacted when I ran into him in the city, there's no way he could have a girlfriend. Right?"

"Shut up, this is the part where Nabi gets her shit together and finally does good art." Changmin said.

We watched the scene and after I added, "You know Heeji kind of looks like her,"

"Like Nabi?" Changmin's eyebrows rose in judgment. I knew he thought highly of Nabi. "No way,"

"Well it's the closest you're gonna get."

"Are you trying to tell me something?"

"Give her a chance! A real chance."

"I still don't get why you're pressuring me into a relationship." Changmin grumbled.

"Imagine going on double dates with me and Sunwoo--doesn't that sound so fun??" I asked.

Changmin glanced at the ceiling and pondered the thought. "No, actually it doesn't. I'd hate to see Sunwoo make a pass at every other girl that walks by."

"Shut up, he wouldn't do that."

"How do you know?"

"I..." I actually didn't know for sure he wouldn't do something like that. "I'll trust him for the time being."

"Mm." Changmin hummed and then looked at me. "If you really like him then I won't stop you."

"I'm glad I have your blessing." I rolled my eyes.

"You don't need my blessing on anything," He said. "I'm just telling you my two cents before you get too involved."

I paused, and for the first time since I first saw Sunwoo I considered him from a logical perspective. I had never been one to make big risks, and neither had Changmin. That was partially why we were so close and blocked everyone else out, because we were on a straight path while all the other teens fucked around.

So why would I be willing to take such a risk now for a boy of all things?

Because of the way he made me feel.

I sighed. "Sometimes I wish you were a girl you know."

"Sometimes I wish you weren't a little shit." He said back. "Why the hell would me being a girl help you??"
