"So where do you think we'll find Tarfful?" Cal asked as he and Sakana approached a wide lake.

"I have some ideas," she shrugged. "He's good at hiding, but I know the Wookies better than most of the people who have tried looking for him."

"Alright," he replied, looking out at the lake. "Are we swimming?"

"Diving," Sakana corrected with a playful expression on her face. She grabbed her own breather from her pocket and held it in her hand. "Keep your eyes on me, okay? It's really easy to get turned around down there."

"Yeah, you got it."

She put her breather in her mouth and dove into the water without any hesitation. It was cold, but she was expecting it, so she adjusted quickly. Cal followed closely behind her as BD-1's flashlight illuminated her alabaster skin, turning her into a sort of beacon.

When she resurfaced, she spotted a horde of Slyyygs guarding the coast. There wasn't going to be a way around that; they would have to fight their way through them.

Cal resurfaced next to her, his eyelashes stuck together as the water dripped down his face. His hair had fallen halfway in front of his eyes and made him look like a wet Wookie, and Sakana couldn't help but giggle to herself. Oblivious to her thoughts, he took his breather out  and looked at her for the next step.

"Well, you're smiling, so that makes me hopeful," Cal smiled. His laughter only made him look goofier, causing Sakana to smile wider.

"No, no," she giggled, "I was just remembering a silly joke. There's Slyyygs up there, I'm not excited at all."

His smile faded as he turned towards the coast to look at the group of Slyyygs that had collected there. Sakana was right, this was not going to be fun.

"Listen," she said, moving some stray wet strands of hair from her face. "If you can't kill them right away, go for their horns. It disorients them."

Cal looked at her with a curious expression. "That's actually...really helpful. Would've helped me a lot more if I'd known that earlier," he laughed.

"Well you know it now, use it to your advantage," she said. "I'll start on the left, you start on the right."

"Why not go together?"

"They're slow, we can use that. Taking them from opposite sides spreads them out, but they aren't quick enough to surround either one of us individually. My mother taught me that," Sakana said, looking out at the horde.

"Smart lady," he said. "We ready?"

Sakana nodded as she walked out of the water and drew her lightsaber. Cal followed suit and began running towards the right side of the group, and within seconds he had slaughtered two of them.

"I'm excited to see how well you actually fight," she yelled over the sounds of their lightsabers waving around.

Cal was too distracted by the Slyyygs to respond. Despite Sakana's advice, they had started to swarm him pretty quickly. Sakana was slicing through them with ease, anticipating their every movement. She had gone through them many times before and knew how they fought; they were predictable.

"Hey, Sakana!?" Cal called out. Sakana took down the last Slyyyg remaining on her side and turned to see him standing in the middle of a very angry horde.

"Blast," she cursed as she ran over to help him. She stepped onto a nearby rock and jumped off of it, gaining moderate height as she leapt. As she came back down, she sent the tip of her lightsaber straight through the back of one of the Slyyygs, while simultaneously knocking the others backwards. The distraction was enough for Cal to regain his advantage and take them out one by one.
