"Breathe in my direction one more time and I'll set you on fire and turn your screams of agony into material for a new song." Grey spat at Jackie, who only grinned at the thought."Fucking try it," She purposely blew a puff of air into Grey's face. "You're too chicken shit to do anything physical. Intimidation isn't your strong suit, why don't you resort to dick sucking. You seem to be good at it."
"Then I'd have to rename myself to Jackie Taylor." Grey scoffed. "Is dick all you can wrap your head around- or should I say mouth?"
Jackie's anger engulfed her better judgment and without a concern for consequences, her left palm connected with Grey's cheek.
"Pretty ballsy," the taller girl let out a throaty laugh, unfazed by the slap. "I didn't know you could be so violent, Princess. Next time you should put more bitch into your strike and a little less like you're willing to make out afterwards."
To say Jackie was stumped was an understatement.
She blinked, unable to fathom a snide remark to challenge Grey's.
Instead, what slips out is a pathetic, "Fuck you."
"Oh, I bet you dream of it." Grey smirked, not expecting Jackie to blush at her words. "You do, don't you?"
"No- I-"
"Jackie Taylor, the perfect little princess wants to fuck the school misfit. I've never known you to be so dirty." Grey burst into laughter, highly amused by the darkening of her rivalry's face. "God, if you really wanted me, all you have to do to win my heart is sour skittles."
Jackie's mouth suddenly dried and her only defence was to shove the taller girl's shoulder. "I don't fucking like you!"
"But you will. Everyone does."
"Get off your high horse."
"I don't think I will." Grey smirked.
Jackie gave up and stormed away.
Grey Beckett and Jackie Taylor never settled evenly on anything besides the best friend they shared. The feud started back in freshman year— a stupid reason undoubtably. When Jackie asked Grey for a spare pen. Grey said yes, then scribbled a large penis onto her notebook, handing it to Jackie. She'd been a joker her whole life, but Jackie didn't handle it as such. She thought it was a personal attack and Grey was insinuating that she was a dickhead.
Since then, four years later, the grudge holding and name calling only developed to a greater degree. Everyone knew them as the "rivalries" because whenever they're within a two metre radius, it's a battle to the death— a tap out session of who gives up and splutters a defeated fuck you.
In most cases, it's Jackie calling it off.
Grey smiled at her best friend. "Tatum Anders, what can I do for you that doesn't involve me helping with your new conquest."
"That's exactly why I'm here."
"Really, how surprising," She muttered sarcastically. "Who's the unlucky girl this time?"
"Shauna Shipman."
"The fuck did you just say?"
"I figured since you two are close, you could put in a good word for me."
Grey stared at Tatum, a frown falling over her face. "I don't think you're her type, sorry."
"Wait, she's into guys?" Tatum blinked in shock. "My gaydar must be busted."
"No, she's not into Tatum's."
"Come on, what's that supposed to mean? Everyone loves me."
"Then you shouldn't have an issue getting with anyone else in the world. Shauna is off limits."
