I finally finished work after a long shift, and it was time for me to go to the library. A new volume of my favorite series was released, and I was dying to read it. I was scanning the section where said series is located, but suddenly, I spotted someone struggling to reach a high up book, a girl. I turned around, got the book, and handed it to her.
"Here you go." I said
"I-I u-uhhh, t-thank you!" She replied.
Upon closer inspection though, I noticed her face. Her eyes, her hair, her cute voice, she had it all. But before I could say anything else, she took off running. I got slightly starstruck about the whole situation, and regretted not having at least asked the girl's name. Feeling slightly bummed out about it, I made my way to my uncle's dinner party.
