Chapter 38 (Bye Bye..)

Amu's POV
A few minutes later,I looked up from my pillow and grabbed my phone.My eyes blurred with tears as I opened it and texted Tadase.

Amu:Sorry,I couldn't stop them. :(

I sighed,staring at the screen,waiting for him to reply.

Tadase:So you're going to tell them? :(
Amu:Yea.
Tadase:Hi!!This is Yaya,what are you going to tell who?
Amu: ...
---Yaya joined the conversation---

I sighed again.
Amu:I'm moving to America.With Ikuto.My boyfriend that I don't like.
Yaya: ^_^
Yaya:Sorry wrong face- :(
Nadeshiko: WHAT?!
Kukai: O_O
Amu:Sorry I couldn't tell u guys.I'm leaving tomorrow.
Yaya:TOMMORROW??
Kukai:U spelled it wrong.
Yaya: I'm only in 4th grade!! And I have trouble with these kind of words!
Nadeshiko:So Tadase already knew?
Amu:Yea.He found out like 20min ago.
Amu:Anyways,Gotta go,I have to finish packing.
Yaya:Can we see u off at the airport TOMMORROW?
Kukai:U spelled it wrong again.
Yaya: -_-'
Amu:Yea Ok tomorrow morning at 8.Bye.
Tadase:Bye.
Kukai:Bye.
Nadeshiko:Bye :(

Tadase's POV
Yaya:ByeBye!
Nadeshiko:She left already.
Yaya:Yaya knows :( I couldn't type fast enough.
I stared at the screen for a few minutes,then glanced at everyone else who was sitting around the large table.
Amu's POV
I got up from bed and went to the bathroom to wash my face.Turning on the faucet and splashing my face with water,I looked at myself in the mirror.
What will happen when I leave?Will Tadase choose Manaka over me? My thoughts raced through my mind,one after another.I wiped my face and finished up.
The next morning,
BBBRRRRIIINNNNGGG.BBRRRIIINNGGG.BRRRRRIIINNGGG.
*Yawn* I slammed the snooze button on the alarm and slowly got up from bed."Have to go to the airport today..."
"Amu-chan,WAKE UP!!!!"
"Onee-chan,Onee-chan,Onee-chan!!!!!!!!!"Ami shouted bursting into my room.I jumped as the door swing open and hit the wall."What??"I rubbed my eyes annoyed."Thish cute boy is outside waiting for you."she said."Really?!"I got up from bed and ran downstairs.Thats when I realized,there was no cute boy waiting for me outside."Ami!You tricked me!"
Ami smirked and walked down the stairs over to my mom."We were tying to wake you up.."my mom said."Well,you could've just told me.."I mumbled and sat down at the breakfast table."We tried."she said."Ten times."Ami added."Anyways,go get dressed."my mom said.
30 minutes later--
My whole family was waiting outside in front of our almost empty house for the taxi with our suitcases and bags.I looked into the streets and saw a yellow car driving towards me."I think it's here."I said.
30 minutes later again--
"Thanks for coming guys.I'll miss you all."I said staring at my friends.Manaka,Kukai,Nadeshiko,Yaya and Tadase."Well,we needed a chance to say bye."Nadeshiko said smiling sadly.Manaka took a step forward and she was staring at the floor."Amu-chan,I'm sorry.I didn't realize you were feeling left out..."Manaka apologized.I rubbed my arm as she continued."I never meant to make you feel like that,really.I didn't mean to.."
"It's ok now.I forgive you."I smiled.
All flights to the United States,New York...
"Amu-chan,hurry up."my mom said."Oh,my flights here."I said looking at them.Yaya was bursting into tears,and Nadeshiko wiped her own tears off her face with a handkerchief.I gave them all a hug,and Tadase gave me a kiss on the cheek.My face grew red.Redder than before."Being Lovey-Dovey again huh?"Yaya said,her voice cracking.My eyes welled up with tears.Normally,I'd tell her to shut up and blush,but I smiled.It has been a while since Yaya made fun of me and Tadase."Well,bye."I said choking up."Bye.We'll miss you."they said.I walked over to the gates and joined my family.As we waited in line,I waved to everyone and they waved back."Make sure you come back to visit!!!!!"Yaya shouted.I nodded blinking back more tears."Come on,Amu-chan."my mom gave me a tissue and I wiped my tears,sighing loudly.This was probably the last time I'd see them.But maybe,like Yaya said,I could come back and visit.I hope so.I glanced back again and saw everyone their,waving as I walked pass the gate.
