Ava knew how things had been with her and Tom.  They had agreed to try. And he was going to end to it with Davina.

Ava knew she was expecting some backlash from the whole situation. Especially as she knew how Davina and Tom had been together for a while.

She knew she wanted Tom. And she wanted to make it work with him. But she felt as though the odds were stacked against them.

They would have to overcome so much. And Ava wasn't sure how much she could handle. She just wanted things to be okay.

Ava knew the one person who would have her back is Adalynn. She knew Adalynn and she knew how supportive she was.

She felt as though it was all changing. And while she was excited for the changes, part of her was scared that it was all going to go wrong.

All she knew was that things had been hard and she was worried about how it was going to go one of two ways.

Morning came and she rolled over in bed. She checked her phone to see a text from Tom;

'I'm telling her tonight. Then we can be together/Tom x'

Ava smiled as she sent a reply. She got out of bed and left the bedroom. Rachel was there. But was so Adam Fleet.

Ava raised her eyebrows. She looked to her mum. "Oh wow. Didn't expect this to happen. Erm... I'm happy?" She said.

Rachel rolled her eyes. "Oh stop it. He stayed over and we watched a movie together. Besides I'm an adult and can do that."

"Uh-huh. Sure mother. Sure."

Ava walked downstairs. She helped herself to some coffee. She looked to her mum with her eyebrows raised. "Don't even go there Ava."

"I didn't say anything. Like you say, you're an adult. And you can have sex if you want. I did think I heard some banging though," Ava joked.

Rachel rolled her eyes. She smiled though. "I think you're annoying. Is everything okay for you?" She asked.

Ava nodded. She smiled. "Yeah. It's all good. You don't have to worry about me mum. I promise."

Rachel smiled and nodded. "I'll always worry about you."

"Aww."

Ava went into work. She saw Adalynn and walked over. "Tom is telling Davina about us tonight. My anxiety is racing. But I think it's gonna be okay."

Adalynn smiled. "Wow. How do you feel about that?" She asked.

"I'm not sure. I feel... I don't know. I feel weird. It's a good weird," Ava said.

Adalynn nodded. She smiled. "I hope it all works out for you. You deserve endless happiness."

Tom smiled as Ava walked into his classroom. He smiled. "Hey. How you doing?" He asked.

Ava nodded. "Are you serious about telling her? As you can't mess with my head like that. I want you Tom. All of you," she said.

"I'm serious. I want you too. And i promise I'm going to do all I can to make you happy. I'm going to tell her tonight," he told her.

Ava smiled and nodded. But she had no idea how it was all about to go completely wrong for her.
