The Date!

"So uhhh I'm going to the movies with Bocchi-chan tomorrow." 
"WHAT?!" Kita asks in shock. 
Me and Kita were in the school cafeteria since it was lunchtime. 
"Yeah..." 
"You got a date!" 
"I mean if you wanna call it that... sure. I just wanna hang out with her. Just the two of us, that's all. Is that weird?" 
Kita shakes her head profusely. 
"Absolutely not! It's normal to spend time with someone you love! Me and Ryo are already planning on a date in the future." 
"I see." 
They really are together now. It still feels weird. 
"What movie are you two gonna see?" 
"We were gonna see the Nun 2." 
Kita eyes widen at the surprise pick. 
"The Nun? I didn't think you would like scary movies. Have you and Gotoh-san seen the first one?" 
"I have but Bocchi-chan hasn't. But she said she doesn't mind seeing this one with me." 
"Aww! That shows she is willing to watch it because of you! I bet she likes you back!" 
"I don't know. Don't get my hopes up." 
"Well, tell me how it goes tomorrow! I wish you the best of luck." 
"I'm not trying to do anything but thanks... I guess."

I arrive by the entrance of the mall since the movie theater was inside the mall. I can't wait to see her. Just me and her! 
"Y-Y/N kun!" 
I turn to my left to see Bocchi. 
"Oh h-hey-" 
I stop. What catches me off guard is her clothes. 
She's not wearing a tracksuit!
She wears a white dress and a straw hat with a sunflower on it. I've never seen her without her tracksuit before. It's so different but at the same time, she looks... 
"Y/N-kun?"
