chapter twelve

N A T A L I E

"Dr.Montgomery!"

I smiled at Addison as I stood up and we hugged each other, "How are you!?" She asked as I pulled away and sighed. "I am showing the same signs I did when I was fourteen years old. Damon and I are actually trying now" I said.

"Let me see" She said making me untie my coat and reveal my bloated stomach, "C'mon man you don't even need me to tell you" She said as she examined my stomach making me squeal.

"Do not excite me" She said as we walked over to her examine room, I laid down and pulled my sweater up as she turned on her machine. She squeezed the gel onto my stomach making me cringe, "Did not miss that" I said as she used the stick thing on my stomach.

I turned on Damon's camera and began to record, "So today is October 29th. I am in New York because I had some meetings and Addison is here for a convention." I said as I recorded myself.

"Me and Damon have literally been going at it like we are rabbits and hopefully it has finally paid off." I said as I sighed and ran my fingers through my hair, "It has paid off. Natalie say hello to your twins" She said as she turned the monitor to face me.

A huge smile appeared on my face as my eyes turned teary eyed, I covered my face as I wiped my eyes and sighed. "We were not aiming for twins but the more the merrier" I said making her laugh as we hugged.

She cleaned off my stomach and helped me sit up, "You already know the protocol. You are in Sicily now?" She asked making me nod. "I will fly over for your appointments" She said as I lifted up a Marino shopping bag for her, "A gift for my lady" I said making her smile at me.

We booked my appointments and did whatever else she had to do before she let me go, I walked out of the building and got into my car.

I dialled Damon's number as I started up my car and began to drive, "Hey tulip what's up?" He asked once he answered. "Hi baby love. I'm headed to the airport now so I should be back later tonight" I said.

"We will be there to pick you up" I said as I put on my seatbelt, "Oh when I get back I want us to retake some family pictures." I said as I reached a red light. "Again?" He asked as he sighed, "Yes again Damon-"

"Mr.Romano the model is ready to go" His assistant said in the background making me smile, "Go take pictures" I said making him sigh. "I'll call you the second I wrap this up, I love you tulip and have a safe flight" He said as I stepped on the gas, "I love you too" I said as he hung up.

"You may now exit the plane Ms.Romano" The flight attendant said making me look at her, "Ms.Marino but thank you" I said as I picked up my laptop and phone. I walked down the stairs to see Damon holding yellow tulips with Roman who is in his pyjamas holding a sign that says welcome back mommy.

"Awwww look at my boys" I said as Roman ran up to me making me pick him up and kiss him all over his face. Damon kissed my head and side hugged me since I am carrying Roman, "How was New York?" He asked.

"Amazing. Really amazing" I said as I smiled very widely at him, "Why are you smiling like the joker?" He asked making me roll my eyes. "I hate you" I said making him smile at me as he laughed.

"Alright so I have the white backdrop you wanted all set up and everything is ready just waiting on you" He said making me look at him, "Perfect I have our outfits. It is a really calm photoshoot nothing too drastic" I said as I placed Roman in his carseat.

"Mhm I am sure it is" He said. We got inside his car and he drove back home then changed into the denim pants and then changed Roman to wear the same denim pants while I took a quick shower and changed to denim pants as well.
