Sakyo X Takanosuke

Sakyo and Takanosuke had been together for a while now and so Sakyo decided to go to the zoo with him. Of course, he only decided this after Takanosuke had begged him for the past week. Sakyo finally gave in and agreed to take his short blond to the zoo.

"Oh! We can look at the lizards! And the birds!" Takanosuke giggled excitedly, his hands holding Sakyo's arm.

Sakyo chuckled softly. "You're so cute. We can see all of them, okay?"

Takanosuke flushed at his sweet words and then he nodded eagerly as Sakyo pulled him along through the streets of the zoo. Children rushed by them, giggling and laughing excitedly as they toted small, stuffed plushies if their favorite animals and parents were right behind them, laughing happily at their children's delight.

Sakyo first took him to see the zebras. Takanosuke walked up to the fence and a baby zebra looked up and approached him cautiously. Takanosuke held out a gentle hand and the zebra sniffed his hand thoroughly, causing Takanosuke to giggle. Once the zebra was sure that Takanosuke's hand posed no threat, he allowed the eager blond to stroke his head and mane.

Sakyo watched Takanosuke in awe. He found it adorable that his boyfriend had such a way with animals.

Takanosuke looked over at Sakyo. "Pet him!" He grinned.

Sakyo hesitated. "Uh..."

"Come on...please?" He batted his eyelashes and looked at him with his wide eyes.

Sakyo grunted softly. "Yeah...okay." He muttered something about Takanosuke's adorable face and he stepped closer, holding out a hesitant hand.

The baby zebra leant closer, sniffing his fingers and then the cute little striped animal pressed its forehead against his palm.

Sakyo blinked and then chuckled softly. "It likes me!" He spoke happily, gently petting the foal.

Takanosuke grinned, gently nudging his arm. "Told you."

The foal let out a happy whinny and then licked his hand, before trotting back to the other zebras.

Sakyo and Takanosuke waved goodbye and moved on to the next animal. "Giraffe!" Takanosuke pointed up at the long necked animal. "Wow, look at how tall it is, Sakyo!" He grinned.

Sakyo chuckled. "Yes...Very tall."

As they moved on through many other animals, they noticed something. Every animal seemed to be, as Takanosuke said, lonely. They all lazed around and very few got up to see them. The animals didn't even get up to eat or get water when the keepers refilled their stock.

"Look...even the lizards aren't moving." Takanosuke sighed as he gently prodded the glass. It was true. The snake hadn't even gone after the mouse in the last tank they looked at. And the lizards just stared at a bug that drifted along.

Sakyo shrugged. "Yeah...Maybe they're just tired."

"No, they're so lonely and the just want to roam free." Takanosuke looked up at him. He then gasped. "I have a crazy idea!"

"Oh, no..." Sakyo muttered. "This can't be good."

Takanosuke giggled and gently hit his arm. "Just listen, will you?" And he tugged Sakyo to his level and whispered his plan to him.

It was precisely eleven thirty PM. Sakyo and Takanosuke, now clad in matching black pants, black turtlenecks, and black hats crept along the side of the wall. Their black buckled boots made almost no sound as they tiptoed along the perimeter of the zoo's walls.
