Grace's POV
After Graduating from Auburn, I look to my future and the next chapter of my life, With my brother in the majors and my best friend from Auburn in the majors, I am going to take time to see them both, Who are they you ask, Well folks I'm the sister of Dodger rookie pitcher, Bobby Miller, and my best friend, being another rookie, Gunnar Henderson on the Orioles. The Dodgers and Orioles are playing each other this week. So I'm going to support Bobby and Gunnar. Of course I root for both teams cuz of those two. They play Monday through Wednesday, so I'll be attending all three games.
Arriving in Baltimore was good, I had never been here before, growing up in Illinois and living in Alabama now, I hadn't been to much places. I got ready for the game wear Orioles stuff,Gunnar sent me a jersey that he wants me to wear. Bobby will be mad but oh well.
I'm wearing a White "Henderson" Jersey, with a black tee and jeans with converse. Then I head to Camden Yards, Gunnar and Bobby both made it so I can visit them by the dugouts. Once I got there I was taken to the Orioles dugout. I spotted Gunnar right away, and he noticed me too.
" Hey Gracie, you made it, nice jersey you picked the right team," Gunnar said with a laugh. Gunnar is the only one who calls me Gracie. " I'm supporting both teams, Gunnar," I said. " I know," Gunnar said with a smile. " I have teammates that I want you to meet," Gunnar said. " Adley, Ryan, Austin come here," Gunnar said. Then three guys came over, one of them I locked eyes with. " Grace Miller, meet Austin Hays, Ryan Mountcastle and Adley Rutschman, boys this is my best friend from Auburn, Grace Miller," Gunnar said. Adley was the one that I had locked eyes with. He had the kind of eyes that you could get lost in. " Nice to meet you, Grace, Gunnar has told us a lot about you," Ryan said. " Likewise, thanks for looking after this kid for me," I said with a laugh. Then I turned to Adley, " So you're the infamous Adley I heard so much about," I said. " Could say the same, nice to finally meet the infamous Grace Miller," Adley said with a smile and a wink. " Well I should go see my brother in the visiting dugout," I said. " Your Brother," all except Gunnar asked. " Yea my brother Bobby Miller on the Dodgers," I said. " Ohhh," They said. " Hehe, he gonna be asking why you're not in dodger merch," Gunnar said. " eh it's fine," I said. " I'll be back, O's," I said.
I went over to the visiting dugout and I can already see Bobby shaking his head at me in disappointment. " Grace, what the hell are you wearing," Bobby said. " Um my best friends jersey," I said. " You better wear dodger stuff tomorrow," Bobby said. " Whatever you say, big bro," I said. " Well now that you are here I wanted you to meet my teammates," Bobby said. " Kay, sounds good," I said. " Hey, guys this is my little sis, Grace Miller," Bobby said. Clayton Kershaw came up and shook my hand and gave me a hug. " Grace this is my best friend, Will Smith, Will this is my lil sis," Bobby said. Will smiled and shook my hand. " Nice to finally meet you, Grace," Will said. " Nice to meet you too, Will," I said. " Well im going back to the O's dugout, see guys later," I said. " Seriously you're ditching me for Gunnar," Bobby said. " Love you, Bobby," I said.
Will's POV
" Man, she's so fine," I said under my breath. " What was that, Fresh Prince," Bobby asked. " Nothing, dude nothing," I said. " I saw how you were looking at her, Willy Boy,not gonna happen, She's off limit, Fresh Prince," Bobby said. " What are you talking about Miller, I'm not interested," I lied. Of course I'm interested in her.
Gunnar's POV
Then Grace came back, " She's even more gorgeous in person dude," Adley whispered to me. " I know you would be interested in her," I whispered back. " So what Bobby say about the outfit," I asked Grace. " He was shaking his head at me," Grace said. " You're repping the better team anyways," I said. " Don't say that around Bobby," Grace said with a chuckle.
Adley's POV
God her laugh is so cute, and she's so fine, God I just to make her mine. It's crazy even though I just met her. She looks so good in an Orioles jersey. She'll look even better in my jersey. God how am I going to focus now she's watching me. I'll definitely hit a homer for her. Grace Miller will be mine soon enough if I play my cards right.
