"Rayan! What is this! Seriously, I am back from London to see this! I thought finally after 8 years, everything will be fine but wtf is going on! a new voice said to Rayan while being so done.

"Nothing is going on Kabir! You should go and take some rest!! Rayan coldly replied while putting his hands in his pant's pocket. Hearing his reply, Kabir rolled his eyes. He went near him and made Rayan look at him.

"Enough Rayan! I saw everything that how Ayra left the office while being so angry. 8 years ago you left all of us without saying anything and now finally I thought everything will be alright as both of you got married but no! Why bro? Isn't she your love of life?" Kabir asked while holding Rayan's both arms.

"She was Kabir! She was!" "Oh shut up Ray! It's enough now! I know there is something you are hiding from us! Rayan stop acting! She is always the only one you love!"

"What do you want to hear from a useless person like me!" Rayan shouted. Kabir furrowed.

"Awww this picture of us looks so cute!". I said while smiling like an idiot. We just took this picture. As today was the last day of our school. Then I swiped  and our group picture came. Aish I am gonna miss them all. But wait, all of us are going to the same college! "Yess" I said & jumped while being happy.

Suddenly I received a call from my dad. "H-Hello dad!! Come to my study room right now!" he said and cut the call before I could answer.

I knocked on the door of his study room and patiently waited for him to open the door. Few seconds later, the door opened, revealed by dad. "Come in!" he coldly said and walked away.

Out of nowhere he gave me some papers. I looked at them while being confused. But eventually I widened my eyes after realising what is it!

"Dad! What is this?!" "You read it right! You are moving to US! You'll continue your college there and the main thing is to handle our US branch!" he said normally.

"WHAT! Dad I already took my admission here and I can handle company here too! I don't wanna go there!". " Why bcoz of that girl you like?" I looked at him "My secretary told me everything, that you are roaming with a stupid girl!". My grip goes tighter. "Dad! Respect! She is your best friend's daughter Ayra!" I said while directly looking into his eyes but he is still acting normal.

"So what? Rayan stops with this love-like thing and focuses on your goals. Think about how you will succeed in your life like me! Rayan in this age those love come and go! So ignore them and I know Jones is my best friend but still look today Roy industry is on top then Jones industry".

"Plus I know that girl, she is pretty, sweet, who is busy enjoying her life, exactly not your type. Look, as a girl she won't do anything, she can't be success like you! Think about it son! You’ll get a better and perfect girl than her!"

My chest got heavier! He really thinks like that? Girls can't do anything? Wtf! I am feeling ashamed that he is my dad. If mom and Riya sis heard him, their hearts will break.

With a bitter chuckled, I looked at him and said "I never say no to you! I always listen what you say but this time I Won't! I am not leaving Ayra, not my friends and also I can be successful in my life while studying here too! Dad, try to understand!!!"

He chuckled, "Rayan you choose me to do this!", he said and called someone while making me furrowed. "Yes I want them all but don't take my name! Do you get it!" he said and cut the call.

"Dad! WHAT YOU DID???" "That's your fault Rayan! I  just bought a few shares of the Jones industry but illegally now see how the Jones  industry suffers losses!" he said with an evil smile.

"WHAT!!!! How can you do that to uncle Jones!!! He is your best friend for god sake dad!! Aren’t you ashamed?" I asked furiously!

"Son, when it comes to business, friendship doesn't matter! Now do what I say otherwise don't make me hurt your love of life too!" he said and took his leave while tears rolled down from my eyes.

Next morning I was leaving for the US of course forcefully. Dad literally blackmailed me a lot! Now I have to do everything he says just to save my Ayra and her family!

Rayan pov ended

Kabir got so shocked after hearing him. "So now what do you think Kabir that she will still love me after what my dad did! Bcoz my dad, uncle Jones had a heart attack and still he is suffering from a heart disease issue. If she knows about this she will never forgive me! And also a useless person like me doesn’t deserve her! I couldn't do anything! I am a useless son, a useless brother, a useless best friend! You know what? I don't want to marry her too coz I don't want to make her suffer more but I was helpless. When everything will be fine, I'll leave from here forever! She doesn't deserve me, she deserves the best! And I am so proud of her that he proved my dad wrong & being more successful in life than me!"

"Oh god Rayan but it was not your fault!  You are forced to do that and I know Ayra, she will trust you" Kabir said. "No Kabir! She deserves so much love which I can't give! I Just gave her sufferings. That's why I am doing all of those just to make her hate me more! I am not allowed to love her, I am not allowed to do that!" Rayan finished while wiping his tears.

But little did they know that Ayra heard everything while standing outside of the room….
