The Feast was in full swing no one noticed the door opening and various guest arrive, or leave with whores but one man did, he wasn't enjoying himself, not yet, he was looking for one person in particular and she had yet to make her entrance, he was beginning to fear she would not come. The door opened once again and he spotted her twin, they did look remarkably alike but yet so different, unlike his twin. The thought of her brought his eyes away from the door and to a pair almost a match to his own. She was glaring over her cup at him, things had been tense since he broke the relationship and thus her control, and he was doing everything in his power now to break his youngest two free, for there own futures.
He remembers vividly the deaths of Tommen, so distraught that he jumped from the auto defences on the Red keep, his sweet boy no older that fifteen. Then his sweet Myrcella who wouldn't hurt a fly, poisoned by a Sand bastard, he remembered the feeling of her dying in his arms, he shook his head right now he needed to focus on the now, to the future, to change the past so that never happens. The door swung open again and everything stopped.
Lexi stood there nervously looking around, every pair of eyes were on her, staring at her curiously, she looked around and caught the green eyes of her fiance and relaxed a smidge. "AH! There you are, the bride of the Kingslayer, your late entrance does you credit young Snow, come bring the ale, start the music!" The king called and the hubbub started up again. Lexi lingered at the door just for a moment before heading to the host table to greet the queen, Lady Stark and the young royals. She weaved between Lords laughing already drunk, Ladies whispering and gossiping and children running and playing.
"Your grace" Lexi said giving a low curtsy as she reached the high table. The two older woman stared at her down their noses making Lexi quite uncomfortable she was hoping this would be quick so she could go and find Jon and Jaime.
"Lexia Snow, a pleasure, I met your Aunt only once and I have to say the resemblance is remarkable no wonder my husband accepted your tardiness." Lexi wasn't sure how to reply.
"Indeed your grace." She turned to the young princess and prince. "Your highnesses, how are you enjoying the feast?" she asked but before either could speak Jaime arrived.
"Sister, Lady Stark, I must insist I steel my fiance away for a dance." He said linking his hand with Lexi's, she saw Cersei narrow her eyes at the connection. Lexi curtsied as Jaime dragged her through the fray again and to the edge of the hall, where her brother was sulking.
"Jon, go sit with Robb and the others, it will be the last time before you leave for the wall." Jon looked surprise but Lexi held up her hand. "I saw uncle Benjen arrive, and I am your little sister, I know what you are planning. SO GO!" Jon, pushed himself off the column and kissed her cheek before pushing past Jaime.
"You truly are terrifying Lex." Jaime whispered in her ear.
"I have to be a bastard in the north has no other choice, the fact that it is known on some occasions I have been left in the wood over night." Lexi shrugged like it was nothing.
"You are lucky that I can't do anything right now otherwise Lady Stark wouldn't be there glaring at the two of us." He whispered causing Lexi to lightly hit his arm.
"No matter how bad they treated me we are leaving them behind, are we going to travel straight to Casterley Rock or are we going to have to go to King's Landing?"
"King's Landing only for a few months, I have a tourney to win. But then I am no longer needed and we'll go to Casterley Rock and plan how we are to save them." Jaime said smiling at Lexi, he then remembered something Myrcella had said when they were on the road, it was planned that he would find a bride from the north, though only he knew that Lexia Snow would be that one, any way he thought of the way Myrcella dreamily spoke a proposal so memorable that she would have to like him. A plan began forming in his brain. "Lex, met me at the grove tomorrow after mid day." He whispered.
