The next morning Bellamy awakens to his worst nightmare.
The love of his life is gone.
He hurries back into camp looking around for Savannah frantically, he opens all the tents and can't find her anywhere.
He spots Clarke.
"Clarke! Have you seen Vanna?" Bellamy questions.
Clarke has a worried look on her face.
"She wasn't with you? I haven't seen her since dinner last night." Clarke states.
The pair are visibly concerned.

Savannah is ushered out of her cell and into another room where she faces a lady sitting in a throne.
"Why am I here? What do you want from me?" Savannah asks as her voice shakes as she holds back tears.
The lady gestures that everyone in the room leaves.
"What are you and your people doing here? Who are you and what do you want from us?" The lady interrogates Savannah.
Savannah looks at her confused as she was captured by these people but they believe Savannah is the bad guy in this situation.

Savannah explains the teen's situation, she explains that they were sent to earth to see if it was inhabitable as their space station was failing and would soon run out of resources to keep everyone onboard alive.
She tries to explain that they mean the grounders no harm and would try to find a place where they wouldn't interfere with each other.
All they wanted was peace.

The lady introduces herself.
"I am Anya, and these are my people. The people you refer to you as the grounders." Anya says.
Savannah introduces herself.
"I am Savannah Barnes. I grew up on a space station known as the ark. As I told you our life support is failing and our people that are up there will not last much longer.
Now I have no family or friends up there all of my people are here on earth but there are innocent people up there, elderly, children, workers.
They don't deserve the fait that is coming for them." Savannah explains.

Anya shows no sympathy for the situation the ark is facing and instead has Savannah taken back to her cell.
Savannah slowly begins to feel as though nobody will ever come to find her, her people wouldn't even know where to start looking.

-Back at camp-
Clarke gets everyone together and explains the situation of the ark to everyone as she notices that nearly everyone had taken their bands off.
"The reason we were sent here to earth is because life support on the ark as failing. Our bracelets are transmitting our vitals to the ark take them off and you are killing them all.
You are killing families, workers." She explains.
A few of the teens scoff at this statement as they could care less if everyone on the ark dies.

"I say let them all die after what they did to all of us." Murphy says cockily, the teens all cheer at what Murphy said.
"It's not just the ones who locked us up that will die up there it's our farmers, our engineers, our doctors, our fighters kill them and we might as well be killing ourselves because without all of them we won't survive long down here. We need them if we want to have any chance at beating the grounders." Clarke expresses.

Bellamy shakes his head.
"No we don't need them.
Up there we are seen as nothing but criminals down here we are free to do whatever the hell we want." Bellamy states which starts the other teens chanting 'whatever the hell we want' Clarke and wells stand next to each other and give each other a look.
Although they had some troubles they knew they needed to push past their issues and work as a team to survive.

As the group are chanting away Savannah sits in her cell crying now believing that nobody will be coming to save her.
As Savannah sits there feeling defeated her cell door opens again this time the guards stand by the door and Anya walks in.
"So you have two options.
Option one, we kill you or option two you prove to us that you are valuable and we let you join us." Anya informs Savannah.
Savannah wipes away her tears.
"If I join you will I ever get to see my friends again?" Savannah questions Anya.
Anya gives her a look that Savannah instantly realises means she will not ever get to see her friends again.
"Ok, if it means staying alive I will do whatever it takes to prove I'm worth keeping around." Savannah states.
At this statement Anya instructs the guards to release Savannah.
She is to stay confined to her cell apart from when she is let out to work and prove she is worth keeping alive.
