Yn's Pov- I woke up pretty early. I went to bed late last night, I couldn't stop thinking about what my mama told me yesterday. I went to bed at like 1:00, 1:10. You what I just thought about? Imma look up my sister on social media. I got a Instagram, so why wouldn't my sister have one? Hold on, Aug calling me.
Me-"Hello?"
August-"Hey baby girl. Wyd?"
Me-"Just on Instagrams."
August-"Who Insta you on?"
Me-"Nobody's. I just like saying Instagrams, that's all."
August-"Oh."
Me-"Wyd?"
August-"On yo porch."
Me-"Nigga what?" Hops out of bed & runs downstairs.
August-*Looks through the window & waves.*
Me-"Something's wrong with you."
August-"Open the door."
Me-"How long you been out there?"
August-"Two minutes before you called me."
Me-"So you just been sitting out here?"
August-"Yeah, is there a problem?"
Me-"Yes, there's a problem! You been sitting on my porch & you coulda told me. Duh, you dummy!" Opens the door & hangs up.
August-"Hey baby." Gives me a hug.
Me-"Hey, babe. How you been?"
August-"Good. Wbu?"
Me-"Aight..."
August-"What happened?"
Me-"My mama finally told me about my twin."
August-"Dang, how'd you take it?" He said in his New Orleans accent.
Me-"Member my dream I told you about?"
August-"Yeah."
Me-"I had asked her ya know 'how come you just now telling me this when you coulda told me this 3 years ago.'
August-"What did she say?"
Me-"She ain't say nothing, cause she knew I was right."
August-"But then again, she was probably scared for how you might take it."
Me-"I was thinking the same thing last night."
August-"Yeah. Where ya mom & dad at?"
Me-"In their room. Go straight down the hall near the kitchen."
August-"Aight. Thanks, ma."
Me-"Welcome."
August's Pov- When I made to Yn's parents' room, I knocked on the door & a man said come in, I'm guessing that was Yn's dad.
Me-"Hey, Yn's parents. My name is August. I'm Yn's boyfriend."
Tiny-"Nice to meet you, August. My name is Tameka Cottle-Harris, but you can call me Tiny." Shakes my hand.
Ti-"Wassup, my man." Shakes my hand "My name is Clifford, but you can call me Ti or Tip."
Me-"Nice to meet you Ti & Tiny. It's a pleasure to meet you guys. Oh, Yn told me about what happened last night."
Tiny-"Yeah.....I know she's angry at me." Starts to cry
Me-"Awww, its ok. All you gotta do is just to give Yn some time to herself & she'll come around." I said while giving Tiny a comforting hug.
Tiny-"Thanks."
Me-"No prob." I said in my New Orleans accent.
Ti-"I got a question."
Me-"What's up?"
Ti-"You from NO?"
NO? Tf? The fuck is NO? Oh! New Orleans! Duh, I'm stupid.
Me-"Yeah, I'm from New Orleans."
Ti-"Did you by chance have a brother named Melvin?"
Me-"Yeah, he got killed..."
Ti-"Ah, man, I'm sorry bout your lost." He said while patting my back.
Me-"It's aight."
With Yn..........(Yn's Pov)
I started to get bored so I texted August & told him to come here. I didn't feel like yelling all the way across the house wasting my breath. Da fuck I look like doing all that? A minute later, he came in my room.
August-"What is it?
Me-"Wanna go to the neighborhood's park?"
August-"Yeah, let's go."
We were about to leave in peace until my parents asked us where were we going. This was my response,
Me-"Deez nuts, jk. We going to the neighborhood park. We'll be back. Love you guys."
Ti+Tiny-"Love you, too! Bye, August!*
August-"Bye, guys!"
