Anniversaries & Announcements

It has been a busy week. I had spend time with Dae, who's now back to Uni and I miss her a lot. The sleepover-party we had was awesome.

I also went on another date with Nick, the best boyfriend ever. We went on a picnic near a lake outside the city. Spending time with Nick just never bores me. He always gives me little presents, this time he got me this beautiful little sliver necklace. Since then, I never take it off.

I worked a few days too. I love giving people advice about clothing and what looks good on them. Myself, I have a pretty weird style. I love bright colours. My favorite colour is dark blue, though. It reminds me of the night sky with twinkling stars. As I told you, my style is kinda different. I love waist skirts, especially with floral prints, I just adore floral prints. I also like jumpsuits and skinny jeans. My style is girly with a weird thing like scarfs, hats or beanies.

Yes, it had been a busy week but I had a fun time so I don't care. All the stuff I had to do kept my mind of the contest. You remember? The contest I signed up to, so I could come in a show to become a real actress! Everynight, before I fell asleep, I thought about and got excited. I also thought about what I would do when I would actually come in the show, I'm still not sure.

It's an amazing opportunity, a "once in a lifetime"- thing but I'm not sure I could leave everything I have here. What if something happened when I'm there? What if a long distance relationship between Nick and me doesn't work? What if he falls in love with someone else? I trust him, but I also understand him if he wants to break up when I go there.

You see? My whole life is here and I don't know if I'm ready to leave it. So, that's what's going on in my head but then I realise I probably won't win or even get into the show. The moment I think that I fall asleep most of the time.

Now, I'm on my way to Ming. Tye was going to be there to. It's a special evening, you know why? It's our anniversary. Exactly ten years ago we became bestfriends. We were in the same class and we had to work on a project together. Ming had just moved here and didn't have any friends yet. Tye was kind of a nerd back then, with glasses and spencers and he always knew stupid little things. Yes, he changed a lot, he's quite handsome right now. And I, I was a girl with quite a lot of friends but no bestfriends. You might think, if they were so different, why did they become friends? Well, we had one big important thing in common.

We all loved movies. Just movies. Already then, I loved to act. Ming loved writing stories/scripts, she did it all the time. And Tye loved special effects and directing. We found out about our common interest because of the project we had to do together. We had to make a little movie. Ming wrote it, I acted and Tye put it all together.

I arrived at Ming's house and rang the doorbell. It took just a few seconds for her to open the door.

'DAAAAAAAWWNN!! Happy anniversary!!' She yelled in my ears while pulling me into a tight hug and not releasing me till I almost choked because I couldn't breath.
