backstory!
dazai didnt have a good childhood, there parents mentally, and physically abused him, they sold him off to random people as a sex slave to earn money, this made them suicidal and depressed, one day he tried to jump off a bridge to kill himself because he'd finally had enough, that was until a certain dark haired boy with glasses found him and convinced him to get of the edge, azai being under the influence of drugs and alcohol, he ended up telling ranpo everything, ranpo took him to his parents and they took dazais parents to court and, they went to jai for life, mori and fukuzawa adopted dazai and swore to dazai he would have a better life.
