TEA PARTY

I was enjoying the tea party until I noticed Lady Iris staring at me. When I looked at her she smiled at me and I smiled back at her.

But what's going on?
Does she want to be friends with me?
She doesn't look like a rude person but those are not friendly welcoming gestures as well.

What should I do? What if she starts talking to me?

IN THE DUKE'S MANSION

I am tired, it's certainly better not to leave the mansion but not that I didn't enjoy the food and Little chit-chat and hibiscus tea.
That was different from our usual tea so for a change it was good.

But I still hope not to see Lady Iris around, she is nice and calm but there's something odd about her and I can't put a finger on it so it's scaring me a bit.

I don't think I will meet the Duke today.

READING THE NOVEL

Aster became knight and was close to Prince so his fiancè accused her for dishonor and made her work outside the Palace. She was happy to have Prince to herself.

( Isn't it clichè! Well whatever not that I'm not enjoying it! I chuckled.)

When she came back Prince ran to see her. In those two months he realised that he liked her and missed her presence but Aster wasn't into him so he did every foolish thing his aide suggested.

Aster wasn't aware of his feelings and she wasn't aware of her feelings as well.
When did she become so close to the Price where she could read his blank expressions and know what exactly he wants, how did she know where he's when he gets upset? She thought their friendship was stronger than before little did she know that she was taking care of him and likes to spend time with him.

One night in the ball, Prince sneaked out and took her with him.

'Aster, you know that your smile is like a star the one that is shining brightly'. He pointed at the star.

Your highness, what do you mean?

Aster, I like you and....

Aster was sitting quietly and didn't say a word, she knew her place. She looked at him.

Aster, say something! I know it's rude to express my feelings this way but it's true.

Your highness, let's go back to the ball room.

Aster, are you even listening?

Aster was surprised but she didn't hate the thought of Prince liking her or him crossing the boundaries.

As he conveyed his feelings every day she ignored it and avoided him.

He came to her and said "this is the last time after that I won't come here".

They didn't see each other for a month.
She missed him!
She was sad and was training and trying to distract herself but couldn't.

After a month she went to see him at the party.

Aster knelt down and asked him.

They kissed. As his hands were in her hair. He let her hair down and messed them up.

She blushed....

They were going on with their kisses on the balcony.

A MONTH LATER THEY GOT MARRIED,

She got down on her knee and asked him. "Your highness, do you accept this knight for the rest of your life?"

Yes, I do.
They sealed the promise with a passionate kiss.
Everyone was happy.
His former fiancè was grinding her teeth.

She must be enjoying the show I guess! I laughed and was jumping up and down on my bed.
