Chapter 5

I got home and after playing with my camera for a while, I called Mom.

- Hey Mom! - 

- Hey, dear. I'm busy now can I call you later? - 

- But I'll be fast! Listen, can you please talk to Vanessa's parents? - I asked.

- Why? - 

- Because you have to persuade them to let Vanessa come with me to London! - 

- Oh, that's settled. - she laughed through the phone. - Dad and I've already talked with them and they will let her go with you. - 

- You're kidding?! - 

- No, you two are going together! - I started screaming and jumping around the house.

- Oh, sorry for that. Bye! - I hung up and I was about to call Vanessa when my mobile phone went off and it was her.

- I'M GOING TO LONDON! - she yelled through the speaker. 

- I KNOW! I'M SO HYPER NOW! - 

- THIS IS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! - 

- GET YOUR ASS OVER HERE, WE NEED TO START PLANNING THINGS! - she hung up and probably will come soon.

When she came to my place we called Victoria, Phil, Rob and Kevin. They all came over and started to ask all those questions. They were genuinly happy for us and I couldn't thank them enough for their support. 

A week has passed in a blink of an eye and it was Friday. I woke up at 3 a.m. and started getting ready since we're leaving for the airport in an hour. 

I was singing loudly in the shower being all hyper. I got dressed into my leggings, my grey tank top and my plaid blue shirt putting my black-blue snapback on my head. Mom and Dad got up and got dressed and once they were finished I helped my dad carry my suitcases down to the car. I got back to my room taking my backpack and my camera so we were ready to go.

I put my earphones in and looked out the window into dark street lightened only by street lamps. The last glance of my home town for following mounth and a half and I felt happy about it. To be honest, I won't miss it much. Vanessa and I said our goodbyes with our little gang yesterday so they didn't have to come all the way to the airport with us.

Ride to the airport was only half an hour and since noone was on the road we were there in 20 minutes. I was pulling my suitcases behind me entering the airport when I saw Vanessa running to me. I hugged her and we started jumping around like two maniacs.

We said our goodbyes and headed to check in our tickets and to weigh our luggage. After we've passed all the procedure we just sat down waiting for our flight to be called out. I took out my camera.

- Hello everyone! As you can see, I'm with Vanessa at the airport waiting for our flight to Londoooon, baby! I'm so buzzing right now! - I held the camera in front of us.

- I can't wait to get on the plane! - Vanessa said. 

And just as we finished our little vlog a voice from the speakers came through. 'Flight 279 for London will take off in 15 minutes. All passangers are asked to head towards the gate 8. Thank you.' I placed my camera into my backpack and Vanessa and I headed towards gate 8. 

Next thing I know, we were on plane listening to flight attendants instructions. We took off pretty quickly after that and I decided to take a nap to shorten my time but Vanessa decided to be all hyper. She was hitting me in excitement so I told her to calm down. We'll have plenty of time to fangirl.
