First day back at university would be just like any other day at school for Jisung, since nothing much interesting happens to him anyways.

He walked through the front doors of the school and adjusted his headphones to cover both ears to muffle out the crowds of people gathering and screaming about how happy they were to see each other, replacing the noise with whatever k-pop songs were in his playlist.

Of course this didn't really affect Jisung, it was more of an annoyance to him than anything.

He didn't need friends. To him, all he needed was music.

Jisung walked up to one of the few non crowded vending machines and bought a mini pack of Oreos, the same thing he'd buy every morning to hold him over till lunch.

He tore open the pack and stuffed two cookies into his mouth, pulling his schedule out of his back pocket to see where exactly he had to go for his first class.

He ate the other two cookies in the pack and tossed the wrapper into a nearby trash can, still looking at the map of the school to see exactly where to go.

Once he figured it out, he re-folded the schedule and went to put it in his pocket again, before being interrupted by an abrupt impact to his shoulder.

"The fuck?" He said quietly to himself, looking around for who hit him.

A boy soon appeared in his vision, laughing with a football in his hand and quickly turning to face Jisung for only a second to apologize.

"Shit, my bad!" He said before quickly turning around and running quickly through the halls again, another guy following after him, laughing as well.

"Dickheads..." He mumbled to himself, fixing his headphones that had nearly fallen off when he was bumped into.

He rolled his eyes and skipped a few songs on his phone before finding one he liked, and started walking to his class again.

Once he got to the correct class, he sat down all the way in the back of the lecture hall as usual.

A few other students did as well, clearly there so they wouldn't have to talk to anyone.

The teacher began the class, and after introducing himself he presented the first assignment.

"Everyone needs to pair up with the person closest to you, all of the information for the assignment is on your computers. You'll have till next Friday to get this done."

Jisung groaned and took off one side on his headphones, knowing now he'd have to talk to someone.

Before he could even look at who was closest to him, a boy sat down right beside him, not looking that happy about the situation either.

Jisung silently got out his computer, trying not to make eye contact with him, even though he'd eventually have to say something.

After both him and the boy read through everything about the assignment on their own, boy turned to him and spoke finally.
"I can just do the whole thing myself."

That wasn't what Jisung expected him to say, but he denied it.

"No, I'd like to do at least half." He still didn't look at the boy.

"I'm literally offering to do the entire project for you, so let's not make this difficult." The boy scoffed.

Jisung finally tuned to face him.
"I still need to actually learn the subject, so I'm doing half." He said in a somewhat offensive tone, making the boy sigh, annoyed, and nod his head.

"Fine, you can do the notes part and I'll do the slideshow?"

Jisung nodded his head in response, flipping open his notebook and starting to look up the questions asked in the assignment.
