Running, I could no longer find my breath until I stopped in front of her room! She was doing an operation, they are trying to save her.

I found Adrian standing in front of her room, his eyes were red as a result of his crying.

"What happened?" I asked weakly, Jacob was standing by me.

Adrian looked at me.

"What happened, Adrian??" I asked more furiously.

"She tried to suicide"

I swallowed hard. I pressed my jaw while darting my eyes into his.

"What the fuck did you do, Adrian?" Jacob whispered.

I darted my eyes to Jacob, he knows something, I don't.

"What the hell is going on?" I asked angrily.

"I... I told her that her daddy wouldn't come again, and she tried to suicide to go to her mommy and her daddy... she thought that everyone was leaving her including me, and one day, you will get bored of her and leave her"

I can feel my heart breaks into a million piece.

I rushed towards Adrian pulling him from his shirt aggressively.

"What have you done? She is just a kid!! How could you say something like that to her" I shouted angrily.

Jacob came and pulled me away from Adrian whose tears fell down.

"You destroyed her!! You broke her!! You made her trust nobody!! She is just a kid, Adrian. Why??" I continued yelling at him.

"Please, quiet. You are in a hospital" A nurse came firmly saying those words to me.

"You know it, Jacob!! You fucking knew it" I pulled my arm away and walked outside the corridor.

JACOB'S POV:

"I didn't mean to do that, Jacob" Adrian weakly said.

"I know that, Adrian. Helen will calm down sooner or later. The important thing now is Sophia's health." I tried to calm Adrain down.

A seven-year-old got two shocks of both of her parents left her, how is her little heart doing?

I approached where Adrian was sitting and his tears were showering down his face.

"When you called me that day, I needed you without even knowing. When I told you what happened between me and Sophia, It was all my fault. If I didn't show Louis this way of life, he wouldn't be dead by now I wanted to save Sophia but I missed up in every possible way"

"We all missed up on different parts of our lives but that doesn't mean we can't make what we fucked up right. I know it's not that easy, you know how much I was a fucking asshole. Things can be better from our talk last time, you will be working in a normal job from now"

"I still didn't agree" He wiped the tears from his face.

"How can a fucking murderer be so cute when he is fucking crying" We were surprised by seeing Helen standing in front of us, throwing a joke but hey! Why is she saying that he looks cute?

"If something bad happens to her, I will send you to your friend to say hi" Adrian chuckled.

"She isn't joking" I cleared it out.

"I know, Let's see who kills the other first," Adrian said.

"Now! I can say we are on good terms" Helen smiled.
