Aaru slowly opened her eyes to the unfamiliar surroundings of a hospital room. Her head throbbed with pain, and she struggled to make sense of what had happened. Her memory was foggy, and the last thing she could recall was returning from a late-night shift at work.

As she looked around, her hands covered in faded mehendi and a ring on her finger, confusion washed over her. "Why do I have mehendi on my hands? And this ring, why am I wearing it?" she wondered aloud, her voice trembling with uncertainty.

Soon after, her family rushed into the room, their expressions a mix of concern and shock as they saw her awake. Bade Papa's face reflected the distress of the situation. "Aaru, my dear, how are you feeling?" he asked gently, his voice filled with worry.

Aaru tried to answer, but her mind felt like a jigsaw puzzle with missing pieces. "I... I don't know," she stammered, her eyes welling up with tears. "Where am I? What happened?"

The doctor arrived to explain the situation to her family. "Aarohi has amnesia," the doctor explained, "She can't remember the events of the past six months, including her recent wedding ceremonies ."

The room fell into a heavy silence as the weight of the doctor's words sank in. Bade Papa's face turned ashen, and Aaru's mother began to weep quietly.

Abhi, who had arrived at the hospital upon hearing the shocking news, overheard the conversation. His heart ached as he listened to the doctor's words. A sense of helplessness washed over him, and he collapsed to his knees.

Badi Maa, seeing Abhi's anguish, rushed to his side and held him tightly. He sobbed uncontrollably on her lap, his world shattered into a million pieces. The joyous occasion of their wedding had transformed into a nightmare.

The doctor continued, "Stress or pressure could be dangerous for her. We need to create a stress-free environment for her to recover. Her memory might return gradually, or it may not return at all. We can't predict the outcome."

Aaru's family and Abhi were heartbroken by this sudden turn of events. The wedding preparations were halted, decorations were dismantled, and the news of the cancellation rippled through their families and friends. It felt as though their worlds had been turned upside down overnight.

Despite the turmoil, Abhi made a solemn decision. He couldn't bear to see Aaru suffer like this, and he was determined to stand by her side. As he sought Lord Bholenath's blessing, a resolute expression took hold on his face. He would be her friend, her ally, and he would patiently remind her of their love, one step at a time.

On the other side of the hospital room, Aaru sat in silence, her mind blank, her heart heavy with the confusion of her fragmented memories. The path ahead was uncertain, and her journey to rediscover her past was about to begin.
