Great Khali entered Ring of Honor in 2010, and met The Kingdom (Mike Bennett, Matt Taven and Kyle Fish), and now, The Kingdom attacked The Briscoes when The Great Khali came in and stopped it, Matt Taven had World Title and Khali wanted it, making his debut in a battle royal against Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian, Bryan Danielson, Kenny Omega, Rodrick Strong, Adam Cole, Adam Page and Tetsuya Naito, winning the battle royal, being jumped but beating all 3 men off, Khali with Matt Hardy defeated Taven and Bennett for Tag Team Gold, Khali won both Pure and Heavyweight Championships too. 

Great Khali met IWGP Tag Team Champions Brother Ray and Brother Devon, beating them both with Matt Hardy, teaming with Jeff Hardy and winning Impact Tag Team Gold but giving them to Matt, and Khali got a challenge from Bad Luck Fale, who attacked him and kept him down, he got El Terrible, DOC Gallows, Karl Anderson and Prince Devitt with Kingdom when Team Extreme and Briscoe Brothers came inside, Khali defeated Kingdom in a 3 vs 1, and injured them, joining Team Extreme. 

Team Extreme & Briscoes defeated Bullet Club & The Kingdom, and ended the beef, Fale remained and got Tama Tonga, attacking Helms, Hardy Boyz and Punk away, Khali along handled them down, schooling them, Khali got Bad Luck Fale & El Terrible to fight him, Tevita Fefita and Tama Tonga remained with Tajiri Ishimori when Helms and Hardy Boyz attacked them, CM Punk handed Khali a chair and Khali used it down well. 

Caged War Games happened, Khali threw El Terrible out of the cage and pinned Tama Tonga, and Bullet Club had to go, The Kingdom and Khali fought, Khali retained World Championship and handed Pure Championship to CM Punk, Helms and Hardy Boyz won ROH Trios Championship and Khali got a challenge from Monster Abyss, a friendly one. 

Khali defeated Abyss, Sting and AJ Styles one after another and made friends, Impact Wrestling called Team Extreme as Jeff and Matt with Khali went there, Khali and Punk won Tag Team Gold from America's Most Wanted, Khali won X Division from Daniels and defeated Kurt Angle, Jeff Jarrett, AJ Styles & RVD in a King of the Mountain Match for Heavyweights Championship, and took KOTM Championship too, giving X Division to Punk, KOTM to Helms and Tag Team to Hardy Boyz, when Main Event Mafia came by, Bobby Lashley defeated Khali twice, Khali won the 3rd time around, 4th and 5th time and defeated Bobby Lashley who turned on Main Event Mafia but Angle had him when Khali threw them all out. 

Khali defeated Angle, Sting & Kevin Nash in a Gauntlet Match, Team Extreme defeated Main Event Mafia, World Elite, TNA Frontline and EV2 in a battle royal with Khali eliminating 8 people (Raven and Dreamer from EV2, AJ and Beer Money from Fortune, MCMG & Joe from TNA Frontline) and lost Heavyweight Championship to Abyss who shook his hands, who in here created Aces & Eights MC as Knux, Gallows old rival, Ken Anderson, Karl Anderson, Motorcity Machine Guns and Kushida with Wes Briscoe, Garrett Bishoff and Kurt Angle, Team Extreme joined in and got honorary patches.
