*Jack's POV*
Yes! OMG she said yes! Immediately... That struck me. Hmm... I expected her to ask me why. Anyway, I am so relieved that she agreed. I don't know what I'll tell Chloe if Kim disagreed. I hugged her tightly, smiling broadly. She has the most beautiful face ever! To admit, I have had a crush on her for quite a long time actually. Most jocks, even that Ricky Weavel(don't care), has tried to ask Kim out, but she always declines. She must have an eye for someone else... I hope it's me! :P It's always way cool how she can defeat any boy in any thing. With her long, lustrous blonde hair that cascades perfectly down her shoulders and with her twinkling electric blue eyes, it's hard to take your eyes off her!
"Riiiinnggg!!" Aww, damn it! It's time for another boring lesson of History with the boring-est teacher EVER, Mr Jenson. Just cause he's old... But with my best friends, taking the same class as me, it just makes my life a whole lot jollier and more cheery! :) But, Kim doesn't take History(Lucky her). If I'm not wrong, she's having gym class now.
"Ssup dude?" Jerry called out to me. I gave him a high five when I stepped into class. I told him I felt great. I felt like my heart just became a lot more happy with the company of my friends(:
*Milton's POV*
I was thinking about our history homework, whem Jack walked into class. He seems happy... I thought. Thoughts raced through my mind. I GOT IT! Well, we all know that Kim and Jack obviously like each other and just now Jack was frantically looking for Kim. When they were chatting, Jerry, Eddie and I were peering from behind the pillar and saw both of them smiling broadly. Then, Jack hugged Kim. Jack is always so nice to Kim, always protecting her, always by her side. And they spend a lot of time together. They might as well just admit their feelings for each other already.
*After a while*
Finally, school's done for the week!! I sprung outta my seat and went over to Jerry, Eddie and Jack. Jack immediately said he needed to leave school. I wonder why... He usually hangs out with us after school.
*Kim's POV*
I just received a text message from my mom as I was walking to the mall with Jack. The text says that my grandmother has just passed away. I knew she was hospitalised and is of old age, but I didn't expect her to pass away so soon. A tear rolled down my cheek. Then, Jack asked me what was wrong. I told him through my several sobs.
"It's okay, Kim. You still have your mom, your dad, and you will always have me," He told me as he pulled me into his chest for a warm, comforting hug. I sobbed into uis chest, aoaking his shirt. Suddenly, from a distance, I heard some familiar sniggering. I didn't wanna spoil the mood, but I swear I heard sniggering from behind me. I let go of Jack's grip, and turned around and saw the three sneaky boys whom I know so well. I wiped away my tears, feeling an abrupt change of mood, and yelled, "YOU GUYS ARE SOO DEAD!!" I chased after them vigorously as they shrieked like a bunch of 5 year old girls...
