"Where is she!?" Captain Price stormed out of his office. Everyone was in the cafeteria, looking at his angry expression. Y/n started to walk up, König looked at her from his table with Ghost and Keegan.
"She doesn't look too happy." Ghost said, remarking on her furrowed brows. "I called for your ass thirty minutes ago!" Price yelled at her, "You're lucky I came in the first place." She said, "What happened?" Ghost whispered to König. "I'm not sure." He whispered back. "Why the hell is one of my soldiers dead?!" He yelled, mumbling and whispering started in the cafeteria.
"He died in his sleep last night." Y/n responded, crossing her arms. "Why the hell didn't you save him!?" He yelled again, "I did everything I could." Though he was yelling she kept her voice down. "Like sure as hell you did! I moved you here because I heard you were the best!"
"I am!" She yelled back, "Then save my men! That's your damn job!" He stepped closer to her, "there's nothing I could have done to save him, he was going to died. He was supposed to died yesterday morning, but I was able to save him. I couldn't save him again, Captain!" Immediately she felt a hard slap across the face.
Someone caught her before she felt. She held tightly onto her nose that started to dripped blood. "Captain." König voice said, "You should be ashamed." He said, "Y/n, look at me." Y/n looked up to him, her brows furrowed deeply. "Gain some respect, or you'll be removed."
She didn't respond. "Out of my sights." Price said through his teeth. Y/n stormed out of the room, König followed quickly behind. She slammed opened the door to the clinic and tried to slam it behind her. König caught it before closing.
Her team looked at her with concerned looks. She walked to her office, slamming the door shut in König face. He sighed, knocking a few times. "Who is it?" She asked, her voice clearly irritated. "König, it's König." He replied, she sighed and told him to come in.
When he opened the door she was leaning over her sink looking at him. Blood dripped down her face, covering her lips. Some dripped onto her scrubs. "Fuck," She grumbled, turning her head away. König watched as she turned the sink on and wiped away the blood with her wet hand repeatedly.
He stepped close to her, ripped off a paper towel. He placed his hand on her shoulder, turning her. "What are you doing?" She asked him, "I'm trying to help you." He said, "I can take care of myself." She said, her voice was still giving off the irritation. She took the paper towel from him, wiping her nose and mouth.
Then she sat in her chair, leaning back. Her eyes were closed as she took a deep breath. "What happened?" König asked her, "I don't know. I woke up and he was gone. I shouldn't have got to sleep." She sighed, "I could've saved him then."
"Well, you don't know that." König leaned against the counter. "It's a big possibility." She responded, she placed her elbows on her desk, covering her eyes with her hands. König just observed her, watching her every breath. She stopped, taking her hands down and getting straight back to work.
She immediately grabbed papers off her desk. Filling them out, then she walked over to König. She stood right in front of him, but she was looking at something behind him.
He turned his head to look. Her arm stretched out, reaching on the side of his face. He turned his head, "sorry." She mumbled, trying to grab something. Her body slightly pushed against his. She finally grabbed some sort of medicine and went back to her desk.
He wasn't going to lie to himself. He liked her being that close to him. It made him feel wanted. He watched her closely, as she examined the body and wrote on a piece of paper. She stood up again, heading for the door.
He didn't mean to. He didn't think he did. He would never grab a woman like he just did.
He reached his arm around, forcefully latching his hands onto her waist. He pulled her close to him masked face, pushing her body against his. "K- What are you doing?" She asked, shocked. "You're playing with me." He whispered, sliding his left hand onto her jaw. "What? What are you going on about?"
"God, Y/n. You gonna make me beg?" He whispered, "König-" She stopped when he stared to pull his mask up. He revealed his lips to her, one side had a deep thick scar running down it. "Woah," She mumbled, observing it. He slowly brought her hand to his mouth, she hesitated before resting it on his jaw.
She slightly rubbed her thumb across it. "What the hell happened?" She looked up into his eyes. His eyes were already staring into hers. "You're beautiful." He whispered, you could see the corner of her mouth curl until she dropped it. "I can't do this." She said, dropping her hand, his mask falling back down with it. "I have patients in the next room and, and what will the captain think?"
She backed away from him, "I'm sorry." She whispered, he stepped up to her. Bending down to her level he cupped her face with one hand. "Meet me in my chambers tonight.."
