You were apart of the boy's football team. Because of your amazing skills, you were accepted as a player. You loved football a lot and since you were attending a new school that didn't have a girl's football team. Luckily, the school was nice enough to let you be on the team. The school's football team wins had increased. You had make a huge impact.

Right now, you guys were competing in playoffs. Your football captain, Lee Minho was always hard on you guys this time of year.

Especially you.

He was nice and shy at first but when he got to know you, everything changed. It was the 4th quarter and you guys have been tied up for the last 5 minutes. 3 minutes were left in the game right now. The team you were going against were tough. It was the team you guys struggled with the most. You snapped out of it when Minho started scolding you all of a sudden.

"Y/n! Pay attention to the ball you could've caught it right then in there!" Minho yelled at you while holding the sides of your helmet. You fumbled the ball so many times because it had rained earlier which made the grass really slippery which as caused the ball to be wet.

(A fumble in football is when the ball is thrown to an open player, but the player drops the ball before they have been tackled.)

"How do you expect me to catch it if the ball is wet.." you mumbled to yourself as you got in position for the next play. "You got this y/n." Felix, your teammate patted your shoulder.

"Ready.... Hike!"

You immediately run back so you can attempt to catch the ball again but the other player from the other team was way taller and bigger than you and blocking the way. You tried moving over but he was too fast.

Minho believed you could do it so he bravely passed the ball to you. And you caught it. You immediately ran to the touchdown line, inches away it. Until someone knocked you over. Everyone in the crowed "ooo"ed. The referee blew his whistle calling out a foul. He had hit you so hard it you felt like you couldn't get up.

He held out your hand for you to grab but Minho slightly pushed him away. "Y/n are you okay?" He asked. "Yeah, I'm fine." You grunted as you got up. "Maybe you should take a break." Minho said as the rest of the team crowded around you. "Yeah, he hit you pretty hard y/n." One of the your teammates, Chan said.

"No, I can do it." You determinedly said. Minho looked at the rest of his players worriedly. "Y/L/N are you alright? Maybe you should rest. You've been in this whole game." You coach finally walks over to you and said. "No no, I can do it. I'm fine." You smiled but then you suddenly ached in pain and held your shoulder groaning.
