I'm on my way to the training ground that all might had told me to go to and when I got there it was the beach that was covered in trash. When I arrived at the beach I saw All Might and Izuku sitting at a bench waiting for me to get there. when I get close to them they noticed me and told me that I was early which they were fine with since Izuku had arrive a minute before.
When Izuku came up to me and told me that I was 30 minutes early. He had smile and he had told me something that will impact my life as a hero and as a leader later when I make it to UA after the exams.
The thing Izuku had told me was that if you're early you're on time, if you're on time you're late and finally if you're late you fail.
When he finished saying that I looked at you while he smiled at my confused face. The reason why he told me that being a hero means being alert at all times and when you are not alerted things will by you don't know if one time.
I asked him for an example of some sort and his example was saving someone from their own self or helping the community which is a big help to everyone else to be safe. When he finished I looked at him like he had grown a second head but he just smiled and pointed in a certain direction, and when I looked in that direction it was the beach covering trash.

After staring at the beach for a few more seconds I finally understand what he meant by being early is on time being on time is late and finally late is you fail. I looked back at izuku and smiled told him that I understand and start going to the beach and started cleaning it up.
When cleaning up the beach I saw All Might and Izuku walked up to me and told me to follow them. I followed them for a few moments until all three of us stopped in front of a fridge. Izuku had some rope and told me that I had to pull this refrigerator to the dumpster on top of the beach which was just going to be hard but that did not stop me from cleaning up the beach. when pulling the fridge it started to get much heavier. I looked behind me and saw All Might in her buff form and Izuku sitting on top of the fridge.
When I asked them why they were on top of the fridge Izuku said that it was a nice view sitting on top of it. When trying to pull the fridge I slip and All Might starts laughing and saying that I am not a proper vessel for her power yet.
I started to cry because she told me that I was worthy of her power until Izuku told me that my body was not ready for it yet. When they both explain why I need a proper body or else I would explode with that much power. At the end I started to get back to work.
A few hours later:
It was now 6 pm and I was told that I could go home but before I left. I had cut my self bad on a piece of metal that was sting out of the ground. When Izuku saw what had happened he got a rage out of his bag and stopped the blood from flowing out and started to clean and wrap up the cut so it can heal.
