Being born as either a millennial or a Generation Z Halloween is a real staple especially in there childhood if they had a good income during that childhood. Twyla REALLY loved October, she was very grateful to have been born on October 30th meaning she can have Halloween themed birthdays which she 100% loved and would never get sick of it, though for hard core Christian'sshe got some hate because she was born on devil's night.
The second October 1st came Twyla had did her town a full Halloween makeover, with going with a Halloween town theme with the giant pumpkin in the center of town. Instead of wearing her signature sweet cord Twyla went with a Halloween gothic cord from Angelic Pretty

Normally outsiders weren't welcomed in Twyla's town because of the level of celebrities that lived there along with it being the headquarters of the Scorpions in reality, though she opened the town to loyal Scorpion members from across the united states with special invitations only for Scorpion members with agreement terms. With the Cybertronians that lived in Scorptwylie it was a little new for them for the Halloween tradition and being heavily exposed to it, they didn't hate just something new that they weren't very used too.
"You really go all out for the holidays don't ya?" Jazz said that being amazed by how serious everyone took Halloween right after the decoration on the town was done
"This is a town full of millennials and gen z people that are nerds, what did you expect?" Twyla said that to Jazz with a cheerful smile
"Plus yawl said you wouldn't mind all the nerd, weird and influencers staying here." Twyla was more than happy in explaining what was going for Halloween for the current year since he had been with the Scorpions for almost three years, Twyla wasn't thee only one explaining Charlie also explain the Halloween plans to Ratchet, Cliffjumper and Surgewire at the same Twyla had finished talking to Jazz and spoke with Mirage and Ironhide.
With people coming from outside the town visiting for an entire month, things would be a little more secretly under watch, it was one of the very few towns that openly accepted cybertronians so in public it was safe for cybertronians to roam around and not worry. Twyla also hoped it would be a chance in new recruiting during the whole month of October, not only that but many celebrities that where scorpions that didn't live in Scorptwylie had decided to visit as a type of get away for some peace. Twyla also wanted thee opportunity in showing Optimus her own in hopes for them in joining her organization, she managed to get several other new cybertronians in the Scorpions. From Grimlock after he was rescued and brought under the Scorpions care too Wheeljack after a couple of Scorpion scouts found and convinced him in join and even Breakdown after an undercover scorpion agent helped him from being taken by G.H.O.S.T, not just Breakdown being saved but also Tarantulas when Twyla met him and convinced him in joining her organization and joining the science unit. And several other Cybertronians that where in hiding had found Scorptwylie on there own and joined the Scorpions the important cybertronian that recently joined was Megatron after Twyla spoke to him face to face and told him about her powers and her plans in bringing life back to Cybertron.
"Grimlock is very different from thee other versions you've told me about?" Charlie said that after the two had met up and watch Grimlock training with Lily who was piloting her gundam in use of training and enjoying it
"I'm just as surprised as you sis, the grimlock from our universe is so different personality wise I had to write a new page about it in my log book. At least the fighting is the same from what we can see." Twyla said that while writing in her special log book about Grimlock's fighting styles and she spoke up while still writing
"Lily don't you dare humiliate him, me and Charlie can tell you want too."
"Humiliate?" Grimlock repeated that but the second he said that Lily had grabbed and lifted him off the ground with both arms by his back and he of course was confused by that action and Lily spoke up
"Aww...come on please."
"No..put him down." Both Twyla and Charlie said that at the same time Lily whined with disappointment and tossed him a foot away from her
"Sorry Grimlock, Lily loves a good fight just as much as her wife." Twyla said that to Grimlock while he was getting up from the shock at what had happened, Twyla had just finished writing in her log book and closed it as she stood up along with Charlie.
"You alright big guy?"
"I don't want to talk about it." Where what Grimlock said to Charlie before he walked off and the two knew why and they just glared at Lily and Lily is smart enough to know what she did and knowing what to do in making things right.
"Sis you really think inviting the Malto is a good idea?" Charlie questioned that to Twyla as the two started walking off and Twyla answered her
"We need the trust and you know that, we still need Optimus on our side in order for things to go well in shutting own G.H.O.S.T for good, plus with the terrans around it's an excuse for those two in showing up like with my concert."
"It was still a smart idea in making it a live broadcast across the planet, that was thee best first concert anyone has ever seen...future senator."
"My approval rating for the elections is already threw the roof after I did thee offical paper work, things are gonna start changing for the better soon." Twyla said that with a cheerful tone in her voice, there was final work with several Scorpion buildings that needed to be cloaked from the people that where visiting the town and with Tarantulas's and Wheeeljack's help they where able to cloak the buildings and areas just in time.
"Hello Malto family, welcome to Scorptwylie." Twyla said that to the Malto family when they arrived at her town of course they where surprised by the town itself
"Wow it's like a real Halloween town, I feel like I'm stepping back into my childhood." Alex said that being in total aw and he wasn't thee only one the Terrans where impressed as well
"Come on let me show you around and what the holiday had to offer here." Not long after Twyla took the Malto family Optimus and Bumblebee had shown up and they where greeted by Megatron
"You really joined the Scorpions." Bumblebee said that seeing the Megatron no longer had the G.H.O.S.T badge on him but the Scorpio star sign on him above his decepticon insignia
"I'm not thee only one, I think you'll be seeing a lot of familiar faces here during your visit."
While Twyla was showing the Malto family around the kids where surprise familiar faces casually on the street
"No way there's Hannah Sugar talking with Crystal Corbyn and Georgia Green." Mo said that being excited seeing the three as they walked past them at a cafe shop
"Hi Twyla." Was what the three women said seeing Twyla and waved at her and Twyla waved back
"Hey ladies, say hi to the Malto's." The three said there hellos and the kids got excited then Dot questioned Twyla
"Ah..Twyla just how many celebrities do you have living here?"
"A couple hundred including myself, when I build this town I wanted it to be a type of safe heaven for celebrities and some blue blood to just relax and not be so controlled by society."
"Blue bloods? That's a new word?" Twitch said that and Twyla answered her
"It's another word for royalty, we have people of royal and noble background that live here they wanted to get away from all that stuff and some I've helped in getting our of marriages that they where strongly against and wanted to get FAR away." The Malto's where very surprised by one of the means of the purpose of the town but it surprised the kids when Alex asked when she build the town not much older than Mo, when Twyla had reached the center of the town which was where a lot of tourist where the Malto family where surprised seeing a real life Halloween town and other as seeing that there where cybertronians there as well enjoying themselves.
Twyla kept her eyes pealed on Optimus and Bumblebee when she saw them, the even for the whole day went off perfectly Twyla even performed a Halloween song for everybody and it wasn't just her both other celebrity singers sang as well.
