Saving You: chapter 20.

"Frankie! Where is my shirt?!" Jane yelled as she was rushing around the room.

"Ma has it. She ironed it for you" Frankie replied looking in the mirror straightening out his tie.

"Jheeze! Ma! MA!" She yelled now looking for her mom.

"Whats wrong Janie" Angela replied.

"My shirt?" Jane asked.

"Oh here." Angela replied as she handed Jane and tight white shirt.

Jane took the shirt and slipped it on and looked in the mirror as she done up each button.

"Jane..You look lovely" Angela said as she stood behind her.

"Thanks Ma" Jane smiled as she put on her white sparkly waist coat that Maura had chosen for her.

Jane was wearing tight white trousers with white shoes tied tight with a white waist coast with sparkles on it and a white shirt with the top three buttons left undone at the top.

"Come on boys were gonna be late!" Jane said as she headed for the car outside.

"Oh my! Maura dear. You look absolutely beautiful" Constance exclaimed as Maura walked out from behind her dressing room wall.

"Do you think she will like it?" Maura asked looking down at the long white dress that hung from her body.

"Maura..She will love it!" Constance smiled.

"I hope so. God im so nervous." Maura said shakily as she picked up her bunch of flowers.

"It will be fine sweet heart. come on you dont want to be late to your own wedding!" Constance smiled as she took her daughters hand.

Mauras dress hugged her tight at the top around her torso and flaired out at the hips. Her hair was tied up in a tight bun with a part of her fringe curled and hanging gently.

Maura stepped into a big white old fashioned car with a white ribbon tied from the front of the car to the edges.

Jane stood at the end of the church with Frankie and Tommy and the rest of the 150 people attending.

Jane stood with her back the the church doors to afraid to look around. Maura had no idea where the church was that they were going to get married in. Jane wanted to surprise her.

When Maura arrived at the church a tear escaped her eye as she glanced at the doors then the cemetery around her.

Constance smiled and squeezed her hand before stepping out of the car and pulling Maura with her.

"This is it.." Maura breathed as she glanced at her mother who looked nervous.

"It will be fine." Constance said as she held Maura close.

"ready?" Constance asked. Maura took a deep breath then nodded before walking towards the doors.

Everyone stood up as the music began to play. Everyone looked round but Jane who was too nervous to look.

"Wow...Jane your missing it" Tommy whispered.

Jane finally looked around to see Maura who's eyes were already locked on her.

Jane smiled and a tear escaped her eye. Maura looked down then back up at Jane. Constance finally let go of Maura's hand and passed it to Jane who was shaking like anything.

"Hi.." Maura whispered as she felt Jane's touch.

"Hi." Jane replied, gazing at Maura.

Maura passed her flowers to Jess the main bride then looked back at Jane and stood face on holding both hands.
