𝐽𝐴𝐷𝐸𝑌𝑁 𝐷𝐼𝐷𝑁'𝑇 𝑅𝐸𝐴𝐿𝐼𝑆𝐸 how much she loved the color blue until now. If Myrcella was there, she would keep complimenting her. Since they shipped her off to Dorne, Cersei didn't spent that much time with Tommen neither did she spent time with her sister after their father's arrival at the Battle of Blackwater. Their little, glowing, round faces felt foreign to her now.
Jade didn't know why she was thinking about her youngest nephew and niece. She didn't love them, she didn't care for them and yet they found a way to slip into her mind.
On the other hand, Joffrey's existence surprised her every time. Jadeyn always seemed to forgot about him. And now, he was a married man. Sitting at the table with his bride, watching the merry around him.
"You look exquisite, child. The wind has been at you though" That thorny she-devil's voice pulled out of the hallucination at her own navy gloves.
Olenna caresses his wife's cheek as Tyrion enters the scene "My Lady, My lady" He greets
"Lord Tyrion, did you see? Not as bad as all that. Perhaps if your pauper husband were to sell his mule and his last pair of shoes, he might be able to afford to bring you to Highgarden for a visit" The Queen of Thorns offered "Now that peace has come and all is right with the world, it would do you good to see some of it. You must excuse me, it's time I ate some of this food I paid for" The walking back of wrinkles finally excuses herself
Her attention was taken again by her oldest nephew, staring bored at the performer "Very good, very good, off you go" He threw a bag of coin at them, much to everyone's amusement.
"My love, why don't we make the announcement?" Jade could almost feel Cersei burning next to her at the sight of Margaery whispering in Joff's ear.
Joffrey smiles at his bride, rising and capturing people's attention "Everyone... the Queen would like to say a few words"
Margaery gave one of the best smile she's ever faked and began her speech "We are so fortunate to enjoy this marvelous food and drink. Not all among us are so lucky. To thank the Gods for bringing the recent war to a just end, King Joffrey has decreed that the leftovers from our feast to be given to the poorest in his city" The crowd gives to its King a round of applause before settling down"An exemple to us all" Cersei got up and kissed Margaery's cheeks, even though inside she was wrapping her hands around the new Queen's pretty and long neck.
The Evenstar's daughter steps forward, bowing to the Queen, already knowing her.
"Your Grace, My King" she greets them"Lady Brienne" Margaery gives the woman her hand.
"So good of you to come""I'm no lady, Your Grace"
"Did you just bow?" sneered Cersei
"Apologised, Your Grace. I never did master the curtsy" Cersei gave her sister a look, her, that was the one who somehow charmed their brother.
"You're the one who put a sword through Renly Baratheon" Joffrey pointed out the rumors
"That's not true, my love, Brienne had nothing to do with it"
"Shame, I'd knight the man who put an end to that deviant's life"
Brienne looked down and then up again at the couple "I just wanted to congratulate you both and wish you good fortune. The country has been at war too long. I hope your reign is long and peaceful"
"Yes, yes" Joff said, bored again
"Thank you. I hope we see more of you" Margaery smiles
Jadeyn did not realise when her sister rose from their table, but she heard her calling Brienne's name. Cersei will tear her apart. Jade would've loved to see it. The only think was that she could not hear them properly. Be it, she told herself, walking up to the two women.
