Dream and Alex were getting ready to break into the secure facility where the shipment was being stored. They had all the necessary equipment, and they had planned out every detail of the heist.

As Dream double-checked his gear, he couldn't help but feel a tad nervous. He wanted everything to go smoothly and for their plan to succeed. With a deep breath, Dream and Alex arrived at the facility and got to work. After navigating through the facility's defences, they reached the secure area where the shipment was being stored. They were in.

They began to work quickly and efficiently, working together to take down the guards and any other obstacles in their way. As they progressed, Dream had to resist the urge to smile. Alex and him were great together when working towards a common goal. Suddenly, they heard a noise from the other room.

They both froze, their hearts racing. Did someone spotted us? They both held their breath as they waited for what would happen next. But luck was on their side. The noise was only the sound of a rat scurrying around in the walls.

After they both calmed down, Alex and Dream continued to work towards the secure room where the shipment was being stored. They made it into the room and began to work on cracking the lock.

Dream used all of his hacking skills to break into the lock, and with a few clicks, the lock opened.
They carefully entered the room, where they found the shipment, just as Wilbur had described it. With a few more quick steps, they had packed them up and were ready to make their escape. With this shipment in their possession, they knew they could make their move against Cameron's mafia.

But, unfortunately, their luck ran out, as they stepped into the room, guns pointed at them and guards surrounding them.Realizing there was no hope, Dream and Alex knew they had to fight back or else they would die. They both raised their guns and started shooting at the guards. It was a bloody fight, but eventually, the two of them were the only ones left alive. or so they thought.

As the two of them made their way out of the facility, they noticed a strange sound. It was a muffled voice, and it sounded like someone calling for help. They stopped and looked at each other, wondering what to do. Should they ignore it, or try to help?
Dream eventually made the decision to help the mysterious voice, and the two of them headed towards the sound. As they got closer, they heard more of the voice. It was a loud, high-pitched scream and it seemed like it was coming from a room somewhere nearby.

As they approached the door, they slowly opened it, trying to be as quiet as possible. Inside the room, they saw the source of the screaming. It was a person who had been tied up and gagged. They were unconscious and looked to be in a bad condition. But, before they could take a closer look at their wounds, Dream felt a sharp pain in his leg. Someone had shot him. He grabbed his leg and tried to stop the bleeding.
Alex turned around and froze in shock. "Dream! Are you okay?" Alex rushed over to him and tried to help him.

As Alex realised what had happened, he quickly turned around and spotted the person who had shot Dream. With a rage building inside him, Alex pulled out his gun and started unloading bullets on the person. Within seconds, the person was dead and lying on the ground.
Alex turned back to Dream and tried to stop the bleeding, but the bullet had hit a major artery, and the wound was gushing blood. "Dream! Are you okay?"
"I'm… I'm fine," Dream said through gritted teeth, as he tried to remain calm in the face of the pain.

At that moment, Dream's world started to grow hazy, as his consciousness slowly faded. He managed to get out one last word before he passed out: "Alex."
As Alex heard Dream's voice call his name, a look of horror came over his face. "Dream!!" He called out, as he tried to wake his friend back up. But, nothing worked. Dream was unconscious, and as far as Alex could tell, he was on the verge of death.
Alex immediately sprang into action, calling for help and doing everything he could to try and save Dream's life.

After what seemed like an eternity, Dream finally woke up. He was surrounded by a sea of bright lights and machines, all monitoring his vital signs. As he came to his senses and looked around the hospital room, he saw Alex sitting by his bedside.
"Alex?" Dream asked, his voice raspy and weak as he tried to process what had happened.
"I'm here, Dream," Alex said as he stood up and approached the bed. "You're going to be okay. The doctor says you'll make a full recovery."

As Niki entered the room. She walked up to Dream's bed and examined him, then proceeded to check his vital signs.
After a moment, she looked up at Alex and said, "Everything looks good. Dream's vitals are stable and he is healing as expected. But, it's time for me to administer his medication."
Niki reached into her bag and pulled out several pills and a glass of water. She handed them to Alex and said, "One pill and the entire glass of water, please."

Alex nodded and helped Dream take his medication. As Dream swallowed the pills, Niki stuck around to ensure that everything was going smoothly. Once she was satisfied, she said, "There you go, Dream. Just rest and I'll be back to check on you in a couple hours." With that, she left the room, leaving Dream and Alex alone.
Alex stayed by Dream's side until he finally fell asleep. After a while, his exhaustion caught up to him and he eventually dozed off himself, leaning against the wall next to Dream's bed.

Niki returned to the room a few hours later, and she found Alex and Dream both fast asleep. She couldn't help but smile at the sight and took a moment to check on Dream's progress.
"Everything is looking good, Niki whispered as she glanced over at Dream, who was peacefully sleeping. She moved over to Alex and tapped him on the shoulder, but he didn't wake up. Niki looked at him for a moment, wondering whether to let him sleep or wake him up. She decided that it would be best to leave them alone for now, before stepping out of the room.

As Alex woke up, he realised that Niki was no longer in the room. He remembered that Niki had told him that Dream's leg was broken and would take a few months to heal. He also realised that Dream was still fast asleep.
Alex let out a sigh and stood up, stretching his tired muscles. He made his way over to Dream's bed and gently placed a hand on his forehead. He was relieved to see that Dream was still sleeping peacefully, and his heart rate was steady. Alex then sat back down next to Dream, quietly waiting for him to wake up.
