Zara'u not again it's the first thing I heard when I pick up my phone that has been ringing.
I quickly checked the time and it's 6:40 am and I give a silent thanks to the almighty I still have time I guess.

Coming, coming Najwa I said quickly getting up from my bed and tripping over on my way out of the room to the bathroom.
Ouch I let out a small cry.

Silly I heard her say before ending the call. I take a quick shower, in two minutes, put on some clothes not even bothering to rub some cream grab my book and by 6:55 pm and already in the lectures hall sitting next to Najwa.

Haa I said sitting beside her.

You are not serious Zara'u I have been telling you to set an alarm wake up early and be in class on time so that you won't have to rush things just check yourself you didn't even rub a cream...... and I quickly put my hands on her mouth shush Najwa you don't have to tell the whole world besides I will do that after this class when we go back to the hostel.

Well for your info Miss after this class we still have 9:00 am class we are completely booked till 1:00 pm and I will love seeing you like this.

Thank you I mouthed because the lecturer just come in.

After the long day of in and out of lectures we are finally done.
So Zara'u Najwa starts to speak we will be going out this weekend so get ready I don't want to hear any excuses she says with a straight face not giving me any room to protest.

Oh come on my friend do not be such a whine she said trying to sound innocent you know, you knew this city more than I do so I only want you to escort me to few places and besides we both need to visit our tailor remember he said he is done with our clothes since last week.

Fine I said giving up so where and where do you want to visit so that I can check my busy schedule to see if I can fit you in.
And she let out a loud laugh sorry Miss I didn't know you are this busy she said laughing.

Of course I am its not like I will be lazing around all weekend I answer her defensively.

Says the one who is always reading in her hostel just because she loves staying in doors.

As plan by 9:30 on Saturday Najwa is in my hostel room and thank God I am ready too.
So I know you haven't eaten anything so I bought you this she said handling me a take away.

Oww you are so sweet thanks I was even thinking of taking cereal you are a life saver.

That I am she answered proudly.

It been a long day so far we visited two of Najwa's relatives that lives here in the city, Najwa is from the neighboring state Bauchi to be precise while I am from here but live outside town so I know the city more than she does and whenever she is to visit her relatives that lives here I accompanied her like today.
