Two weeks later... It was the week of the trial. Everyone in attendance was wearing their dress uniform, except for Sienna, Sarek, Amanda and Annie. Sienna was wearing a plain black dress. Sarek and Amanda were in traditional Vulcan robes. Annie was wearing a dark blue dress with matching shoes.
Admiral Marcus stated "we are here today to find out if Ambassador Annie Baratheon is guilty or not guilty of the abuse of Ash Robert Lorca-Tyler, and the falsehood of her accusations against the Lorca-Tyler Family abusing Sienna Gabriel Paul Michael Lorca-Tyler. Accused, please stand." Annie stood up "How do you plead?" "Not guilty." Everyone breathed an angry sigh, even Annies lawyer, who knew Annie was guilty. Her lawyer had a plan up her sleeve.
"I call to the stand my only witness, Sienna Lorca-Tyler. Annie's lawyer said. Unbeknownst to the rest of the people, Annie's Lawyer and Sienna, Ash, and Gabe's lawyer had met up last night to go over how they are going to convict Annie if she pleaded not guilty.
"Do you swear to tell the truth, only the truth, and nothing but the truth?" Alexander Marcus says. "I swear." "Continue Miss Johnson." "Has either Gabriel or Ash ever abused you?" "No, they would never lay a hurting type of hand on me." Sienna replied. "Then how did you get those burn, bruises, and shockmarks?" "Harry Mudd kidnapped me and tortured me."
"Ok, just one more question, Has anyone else abused you since you've lived with Ash Robert and Gabriel Brendon Lorca Tyler?" "No Ma'am, just Annie mentally abusing me by trying to take me away from my Dad, Papa, and family." Everyone but Annie, smirked, because every kid has a telltale sign of lying. Sienna's was that she would wrinkle her nose and blink a lot.
"Thank you, no more questions, sir." "Mr Killian." "Thank you, sir." "I call to the stand my only witness, Ms Annie Baratheon, Sienna, you're dismissed." Sienna got down from the witness stand and went to sit between Gabe and Ash. Annie went up to the stand and sat down. "Ms Baratheon, do you swear to tell the truth, only the truth, and nothing but the truth?"
Annie hesitated for a second then said "I swear." "You said that Sienna Lorca-Tyler's dad, Ash Lorca-Tyler used to abuse you and he was mentally unstable." "I did because it's true." "May I warn you that you are under an oath to tell the truth." Marcus said. "I Know, and what I am saying is true."
"But there was no evidence on you, but a lot of evidence on Mr Lorca-Tyler, would you like to explain that?" Annie stiffened and said, "no comment, but I don't see how this is relevant?" "You lied about the abuse. So whos to say that you are telling the truth about Sienna getting abused?" Annie was silent. "Ok, I will tell the truth, seeing Ash with a family made me jealous because I did abuse Ash, I don't know why, but in my head he deserved it!"
