Silent Treatment. [2]

As the weekends finally came, Jake was happy knowing he could get the rest he needed from all the stress he's had.

As he plops to the couch, he lets out a relieved sigh.

His day was hectic. Too many schedules, so he can say that maybe it really was worth it finishing everything. Because at the end of the day, he can finally rest.

Just as he closed his eyes, his nap was disturbed by a ringing phone.

He clicked his tongue in annoyance, and didn't even bother to take a quick glance at whoever called. He hung up the call.

He sighed once again, finally peace and quiet.

About 10 minutes later he was awakened by the sound of the doorknob clicking, but he kept his eyes closed, they just felt so heavy.

Jake got up and ruffled his hair in annoyance, he sat there for a second before forcing himself to get up to go to his room.

"Did I disturb your nap?" A deep voice from behind.

Jake didn't even spare his boyfriend a glance and only shook his head, eyebrows furrowed. "I brought some food-"

Sunghoon's words were cut off when Jake closed the door to his room.

He stood there, left dumbfounded.

"What? Oh gosh, what did I do.." He placed the bag of Jake's favorite foods in the table, while he was thinking what could he have done to upset Jake, because he has been ignoring him for a whole day.

He walks up to their bedroom, standing in front of the door.

He was hesitant to knock at first.

Knock. Knock.

...

No answer.

Whatever. He opens the door to see Jake lying on his stomach, head on his pillow.

He was still on his outside clothes, not even bothering to change.

Sunghoon approached his sleeping boyfriend, placing his hand on his head and gently ruffling his hair. Jake turned his head the other way and tried to get away from his hand.

The younger sighed.

He sat on the bed, "Jake, my love? What happened? You've been ignoring me whole day. Please talk to me."

He just got ignored again, ouch.

Another sigh as he stood up.

"Sleep well baby, I'm sorry." said Sunghoon as he placed a soft kiss on his neck.

As soon as Jake heard the door closed, he sits up. He felt guilty, for ignoring his boyfriend. And he's also guilty for the fact that he's being jealous and doesn't wanna admit it.

He's jealous of Sunghoon's classmate, a girl. She kept clinging onto him, even when Sunghoon had already told her to stop.

Jake feels so stressed but he pushed himself to get up because he wants to apologize for ignoring his boyfriend.

As he quietly opens the door, he saw him there, sitting on the couch. Eating while watching television.

Sunghoon saw him and got up to approach him, leaving his food, "Hey, are you okay?"

Jake didn't give him an answer to his question. Instead, he hugged him, tight.

Of course Sunghoon hugged back, even though he got ignored, he was never the type to be mad over a little thing.

That hug felt so comforting, after a long day of not talking to his boyfriend, a hug from him can already be a stress-reliever for him.

"My love, I don't know what I did to upset you but I'm sorry and I didn't mean to." Sunghoon whispers to him as he gives him small kisses.

Jake didn't wanna respond, he never wanted to let him go ever again. He doesn't ever wanna break this hug.

He just feels, relieved. Relieved to be in his lover's arms after a long day which felt like ages.

"It's okay.." The shorter boy buried his face on the crook of his boyfriend's neck, inhaling his scent that can always make him go crazy.

"I'm sorry too." He added.

Sunghoon looks at him, "Why?" and cupped his face.

Jake had a small frown, hesitant to tell him what he felt. What if he's gonna be mad? I don't want him getting mad.

"I'm sorry I didn't want to admit that I was jealous, I don't want you to be mad at me." He placed his hands on Sunghoon's.

No response.

Sunghoon laughs at him, "You're jealous?" Jake frowns and throws his hands away.

He was about to walk away when Sunghoon hugged him from his back, inhaling his natural, sweet vanilla scent from his neck.

Jake tried to move away from him, it tickles.

"You don't have to be jealous baby, you know I'm all yours, right?" He whispered the last word as he slips his arms on his waist.

That deep voice of his could make him go nuts, Jake could only hum as a response, "I love you so much baby, only you." said Sunghoon as he hugged him tight.

Jake bit his lips to supress his smile, but what's the point of stopping his smile when Sunghoon can't see his face anyway?

"Okay."

"Okay?" The younger frowned at his response. "You wanna see how much I love you?"

Jake bites his lips and smiles. As turned around to face him, his red, tomato face was exposed.

A chuckle left Sunghoon's lips.

"Okay." His last response as he places his arms on his shoulder.

No other words were said as Jake was carried into the bedroom.
