Serve The Princess

Fortunately unlucky

It's a bright and beautiful day, the maid woke up from a nightmare and is sweating all over. She got up and headed outside for a walk. She explored the nature and pick some flowers, for the princess.

Princess's POV :

The princess woke up to find that the maid is gone. Where did Crystina go!? She quickly got up and rushed outside. I've got to find her...! She walked around and around but can't find her. She then climbed and tree to get a good look but then, it snapped.

A loud thud is heard from the distance, the maid rushed over to the sound. She saw the princess laying there unconscious. She gasped and picked her up, grunting. She slowly walked back to the cave. When she reached back to the cave, she placed the princess down to the single bed. She placed the flowers next to her and got on her to inspect any wounds. Suddenly, the princess' eyes opened. The maid flinched back and blushed. "I-I- Are you alright...?" The maid tried to cover her face. "M-my arm...! It's... broken!" The princess shouted and her ears lowered. The maid's eyes widened. "W-What!?" The maid shouted. She hurriedly looked around for a first aid kit and found one in the corner. She laid on top of her, wrapping her arm. The princess then started to blush as she stared at her face. The maid finished wrapping it and placed the flowers beside her. "Y-you should rest, I'll go find another source of meat a-and ill be fine." The maid said, taking the small knife and leaving. The princess grabbed the flowers with her uninjured arm and held it to her chest.

After walking for a long while, she managed to find some berries. She placed them in a basket and countinued her journey. But soon, she was lost and it was getting dark. Luckily, she found a gun with some ammo on the floor with a flashlight. Someone must've dropped it. She held it tightly and slowly walked, trying not to make any sound. She on the flashlight and waved it around. She heard a noise and flinched back. She heard footsteps and slowly moved back, clutching the gun in her hands. Then, the girl from yesterday appeared. "What are you doing here? It's late out." She whispered. "I-I can find m-my way back.." The maid mumbled. The girl gestured her to follow her as she rustled through leaves until they found their way back. "T-thank you so much... W-would you like to stay? I-its dangerous o-out.." The maid said. "Well, why not?" She replied. They entered the cave quietly whist the girl sat at a corner. The maid slowly laid down next to the princess. The two girls waved goodnight and slept.

It's morning, the princess is woken up from the maid. The princess sat up and saw the girl. "What is she doing here..?" The princess asked. "I-I got lost a-and she helped me find my way back so I o-offered her to stay here for t-the night...!" The maid anxiously said. The princess nodded and a wave of pain rushed through her arm. She gripped her arm tightly. "Ack..!"
She groaned in pain. The maid quickly sat down next to her and panicked. "W-what's wrong, princess? Do you need a-anything!?" The maid asked. The princess stayed quiet as she faced the pain. Soon after, it stopped. "Hng.." The princess let go of her arm. The princess leaned on the maid's shoulder. The maid blushed as she hesitantly placed her hand on her head. She played with her black hair as the princess rested on her shoulder. The maid saw the girl smirking. That made the maid blush more. The girl gestured that she will leave both of them alone. She walked out and soon was gone.

The princess woke up, seeing the maid stating at her. The maid looked away. The princess got up and grabbed the maid with her. The princess grab her backpack and went out. Maid's "H-huh? Where are we going..?" The maid asked. "Hunting." "B-but... Your arm..!" "It's.. fine.." The princess brought the maid to a bush to hide. She took out a knife and they both started waiting. After awhile, a deer popped out and started eating the grass. The princess reeled back and threw the knife, aiming at he deers side. The deer collapsed on the floor and she ran to the deer. She took out the knife and stabbed the heart, bringing the deer to a instant death. The maid walked out from the bush. "Can you help me drag it back..? Please..?" The princess asked. The maid anxiously grabbed its leg and dragged it as the princess grabbed the backpack.

I'm ending it here bc I don't really know what to write and having some writers block. I'll be taking a break and drawing like a normally do. I'm normalise not finishing stories :)
