They soon brought the deer home. The princess chopped it up outside while the maid watched her from the cave. Watching her covered in blood. She finished and brought the dismember deer meat. She roasted it on a skewer. The maid watched her bloody face from a far. "Is something wrong?" The princess asked. "O-Oh! It's just your uh... covered in blood..?" The maid muttered. The princess giggled "I am covered in blood." She said in a warm smile. The food soon was ready and both of them sat on the floor to eat. The maid took a bite. "Mmm!" The maid sounded.

After eating, both of them were full and there were still leftovers. The maid grabbed a cloth and wiped the princess face. "Eh..?" The princess flinched from the touch as her ears twiched. "S-stay still.." The maid said. The maid gently wiped of the blood from the princess's face. The princesses tail wagged slowly. "I'm so tired, Crystine..." The princess complained. "Do you w-want to rest..?" The maid asked. The princess nodded as she placed her head on her shoulder. The maid blushed intensely. The maid picked her up carefully and placed her on her lap, leaning against the wall.
Maid's POV :
HOW DID I GET MYSELF IN THIS SITUATION!?!? Oh my goodness...! What am I doing..!? The princess winced in pain as her ears lowered. Huh? What's wrong with princess? "Are you alright..?" "My arm again..." The princess whimpered. I held her in my arms "I-It'll be fine.." What should I do to help princess!?!?
