"I am Cheon Miso, there is nothing that i want for but do not get, I was born different from others, I am special, no one can say no to me, no one WILL ever say no to me, that's just how the world works, for me" this is what Miso believed for a good 18 years of her life, but then suddenly one day she heard a NO, and just as expected she would not, COULD not take that for an answer... "what happened ?" You ask ? Well it's quiet a tale to tell, but let's get started, and find out the answer to this question slowly, chapter by chapter...
It was a relatively cool summer morning, isn't it unsettling for a summer morning to be cool ? But who cares, well Miso doesn't, Butler Lim (the Cheon family butler) knocked on her door and walked in with 2 other servants behind him, they moved towards her bed and carefully placed a breakfast tray in front of her, she took one look at it before yelling- "what the hell!!" They were shocked and exchanged worried glances as Butler Lim quickly asked, "what is the problem miss ?"
"Why the hell can't you do your job properly you old hag !!" She yelled,
"Miss, if you tell me what is wrong, I shall fix it this moment" he said,
"Don't you see the carrots in the salad? Don't you know how much I hate them?"
"I apologise, miss, I shall have it changed this second" he signalled at the maids, they hurriedly picked up the tray and scurried out the door and swiftly down the stairs towards the kitchen...
"How long have you been working here Butler- errr Min ?" She asked in a rude tone
"It's been a little over that 2 years, miss and my last name is Lim not Min" he replied, calm as ever
"Whatever, Min or Lim, who cares, they are both the same, don't you know how much I hate carrots?"
"My apologies miss I shall make sure not to make another mistake" he said
"Aish whatever, you ruined my day" She scoffed...
After breakfast, her maids got her ready for school and she was dropped off by her chauffeur, she got off the car at the entrance and started walking down the lane leading to her school, it was the third day since school started, she liked it here so far everyone treated her with respect, they would lick the ground in front of them if she told them to, they idolised her and did everything she told them to, no questions attached, since most of their parents worked under hers or just needed to be on her family's good side, still there were some kids though, who she disliked, like the one called Soo, she got on her nerves, everyone adored her, more than Miso and even called her "the goddess of Cheongdam High" when that was supposed to be Miso's title, right?
Well Miso shrugged off everything as she walked into the class and everyone started coming up to her asking she how her weekend was and how she managed to buy the latest limited edition shoes from Tom Ford and her new Saint Laurent bag "such suckers" she thought
"My dad bought those for me haha" She said nonchalantly
"but these cost a fortune though" a girl said
"weren't only 2 pairs of those shoes ever released?" Another asked
"oh, yeah" Miso said,
right then, Soo walked in wearing the same, exact pair of shoes as the ones Miso had on...
