Background:
Dexter Tala is a freelance photographer who was kidnapped by the terrorist organization, Shocker, in order to become a modified human able to fight the traitor, Thomas "Ethan" Hampson, also known as Kamen Rider. Before Shocker scientists had a chance to brainwash him, Ethan appears and saves Dexter. Ethan leaves Japan to fight Shocker branches overseas, and leaves Dexter to become his successor as Kamen Rider, defending Japan from Shocker. When his predecessor returned from his fight against Shocker in overseas, Dexter would then assume the title of Kamen Rider Nigo. With the return of Ethan, Dexter left Japan to fight Shocker in South America. Near the end of the series, Kamen Rider Nigo returns to help Kamen Rider Ichigo to eradicate Gel Shocker.
