a tired heeseung tapped away on his computer. his eyes were slowly shutting and his movements went sluggish, but he fought back against his exhaustion just to complete his 5000 word essay on his historic unit.
he was currently in his schools library. he knows that if he went back to his dorm to try to complete it, he'll convince himself that he will do it later. but we all know that would never happen.
he rubbed his tired eyes, looking around the library to rest his eyes from staring at a computer for hours straight. there were students checking out books, some sleeping on the beanbags, others doing their work also and....
"do you know who kim sunoo is..?"
voices were whispering at the table next to heeseung. he turned his head to where the chatter was coming from and it came from two people, one a guy and one was a girl, he didn't know any of them. they looked like an everyday couple he'd see making out behind the building or in the open where all students walk past. he pretended not to be eavesdropping but he couldn't help but listen into the conversation.
"no i don't, who is that?"
"it's one of the members in the leadership club. he gives off twink energy lowkey." the male with dark hair and blonde streaks chuckled. he had this annoying expression that heeseung he wishes he could wipe off with a smack. he also.. well, looked like someone he had seen before. "he also lives in the same hall as me so i see his annoying ass everyday with his red-haired friend."
"huh. is it the guy with blondish hair and that weird mark over his eye?"
"yes yes, him. personally, i don't like him. the club is better off without him to be honest."
heeseung stopped typing when he hears those words. a pit of overprotectiveness pooled in his stomach as he turned to look at the guy who spat out such words.
"you think so?"
"yeah, because that fucker took my position. i was supposed to be the community committee, not HIM." he rolled his eyes, still not noticing heeseung throwing a piercing glare at the back of his head.
"since when did you try out? you never told me."
"well because i wanted to flex it on you but now that gay bastard took my spot and it's embarrassing to tell the story of how i didn't get into the club. we need to get him out."
"and how are you going to do that?"
"we'll ruin his reputation. easy."
the female looked at the guy with a shocked expression. she quickly looked around the library checking to see if anyone was looking, and sure enough, she did. she saw heeseung looking at them from the other table. she leaned in on to the table, whispering in the ear of the guy.
"riki, there's a guy staring at you. keep it down!" she whisper shouted, a look of panic spread on her face. even though she wasn't trying to be involved in whatever plans her friend wants to do, she always looked out for him.
"who?!" he whispered back. he craned his head to where the female was referring to and his heart dropped. it was sunoos roommate. he remembers how heeseung told him to not talk bad about people he doesn't know of. he gulped and turned his head back to face his friend.
