The park was quiet and dull with no one in sight, no one except him. Hands shoved inside of his pockets, he sighed, it was a long tiring day of badminton practice. His back arches against the cold hard wood bench as he looks up in the dusky sky, the sun was setting and the orange and pink hues started to color the once blue afternoon sky. He closed his eyes, savoring the feeling of the peaceful atmosphere of the park.

After minutes of silence, he sighs as he thinks about the special person he's been longing for, the person whom he's been dying to be together with, the person he wants to spend his life with, the person he loves with all his heart — Him — Oh how he wished to hold him forever and tell him how much he loves him, but he can't, he haven't even talked to him yet, doesn't even have the courage to do so. He felt tears starting to form from the corner of his eyes but he blinked the tears away, he can't cry, not now, he wants to be strong for him.

Dejected, he averted his eyes elsewhere in hopes to find a distraction to calm his nerves down. From the corner of his eyes he saw pink tulips, beautifully sprouted on one side of the park. His eyes lit up as he stared in awe and admired the pretty pink petals of the Tulips, he smiled as he thought of something.

He stood up from the bench and then heading out of the park as he sought out to find the nearest flower shop, just a few blocks away from the park, he finally stopped by a flower shop that is conveniently still open, he was out of breath from running but he didn't care enough to stop to catch his breath and enter inside the shop. The bell rang indicating he was now inside, and started to find some Tulip flowers to give them to the one he loves. Isles after isles he finally found them, in a large array of Tulip flowers in different colors. Pink Tulip flowers sprouted beautifully in a large vase, pretty pink petals shining under the soft lamp of the shop. Mesmerized, he took out the bouquet and stared at it, gently caressing the delicate petals, he smiled as he walked towards the counter to pay, as he walked, he saw an isle full of Peony flowers, in the front of the isle, there was the written symbolism of Peony, he thought of a second whether he should buy them or not.

After seconds of thinking, he grabbed a bouquet of Peonies and headed towards the counter to pay, he asked the owner of the shop if they could put the flowers in one bouquet, and arrange them beautifully, the owner agreed to this and started putting and arranging the flowers into a bouquet, as it finished, he bids the owner a farewell and headed out of the shop, grinning ear to ear.
