Momo is left speechless after seeing NightBreaker's contingency plans "How does he even know all this? Was he given information about us like our names and quirks? And why would someone even make plans to defeat heroes in training, he was helping us!"

Shoto overhears her as he is also in the library, "If you're looking through secret info you shouldn't make it so obvious" he says in a curious but annoyed tone. Momo was speechless after realising she said that out loud. "U-Uh, did you hear all of it?" She said really nervous and worried, in a state of fight or flight.

Shoto: "Well all I heard was you being confused about some plans to defeat quirks, I'm guessing that's not your file then? What is it?"

Momo sighs: "Just.. make sure to keep it a secret, don't tell anyone unless I let you!"

Shoto is surprised by how serious she is about this information, it must be really valuable. "Alright, I wont tell anyone."

Momo: "This file is from a USB stick that was dropped by that mysterious hero that helped us defeat the villains in the USJ. It contains information about the quirks of many of our classmates, as well as counters for them, it was titled: Quirk counterattack contingency plans (QCC Plans)"

Momo showed the file to Shoto, with him too being shocked by all the information it had, but tries to keep his cool. "Well it was hypothesized that this hero had many gadgets, as seen from most footage of him. Maybe those tools are to take on specific quirks, or he doesn't have a strong quirk, so he uses this information to compensate."

Momo thinks for a bit: "That is very likely, but why hero quirks? That just seems suspicious."

Shoto: "Well.. Aizawa was the only one who wasn't surprised by the arrival of this new hero, and considering it knows all our names, perhaps they were provided this information."

Momo: "That's a good point, I'll ask him about it."

The two wall into Aizawa's office, Aizawa has a cybernetic leg after his fight with Shigaraki.

Shoto: "Mr. Aizawa, do you know anything about the mysterious hero in the USJ, The one with the grapples"

Aizawa was not surprised by this question, he knew this question would come eventually. "He was sent to lookout for potential villains, we had not anticipated that the villains would have been so strong."

Momo: "That still doesn't answer our question! We all know about the news reports of a hero like him, same appearance same, gadgets. This means you know him personally right?"

Aizawa: "As much as I'd like to give the full story, this information is confidential."

Shoto: "You can't just lie to us!"

Aizawa: "... I can, I must ask you to leave immediately"

Momo: "What about his contingency plans? What do you make of him having a plan to neutralise or even kill every student in class 1-A! Here is a USB stick that has all of these plans."

She shows the USB stick to Aizawa

Shoto: "Momo you said you wanted to keep it secret!"

Aizawa: "WHAT!? In all honesty I did not know about this! I will speak with him as soon as I can, but you must still leave, his identity is to be kept secret."

Momo and Shoto reluctantly leave his office, as Aizawa call Izuku over the phone.

Aizawa: "Izuku, I need to have a word with you."

Izuku: "What is this about?"

Aizawa: "So first of all, apparently some students at UA have found a USB stick owned by you, that has plans to neutralise or kill everyone in class 1-A."

Izuku is completely frozen, in shock and worry, her heartbeat speeding up by the second: "Oh shit, no no no how can this be, They found my plans?!"
