Unstoppable

Chapter 1: Davina

I did it! I finally gained the power I need to resurrect Cole. The coven has been trying to convince me to, and I quote, "Stop this nonsense." They are convinced it will only make the Mikaelsons stronger but Kol isn't like them and they certainly aren't his real family after they promised they would help me bring him back but manipulated me by using my power to bring back their bitch of a mother.

"Davina!" Marcel yells in my face.

"What?!" I yell back, I was in the middle of performing the preparation spells for the resurrection spell I was to do tomorow. Marcel just broke my concentration.

"I haven't seen you in weeks, are you alright?" He says, clearly concerned.

"I'm fine, I'm just finally fulfilling a promise I made unlike some people who don't seem to care for anyone other than themselves." I say angrily.

"Davina..." He says just as I start walking away, maybe I'll find a place where I can do this in peace.

"Davina wait, you know that's not true. Rebekah tried to help but you pushed her away." He try's to reason but I'm not going to listen to him, I know he's not to blame but I'm not in a good mood at the moment and I'm not going to take any bull from anyone.

"Too little too late." I say through my teeth as I continued to walk.

"Please Davina, you need a break. Practising magic twenty four-seven is not good for you. You've locked yourself in that cave for who knows how long, you're running yourself into the ground." He keeps trying. It's not going to work, I've been working hard for this and I'm not about to give up now.

"Marcel, go home. I'm fine." I say and with that I walk into the little room Cole showed me, Marcel of course try's to come in but I had already prepared and he couldn't walk in.

"Davina, invite me in." He says with authority in his voice.

"You've already been invited in, I simply made a 'no vampire' barrier." I tell him with a smirk. This was just in case they tried to stop me again, I had to make sure nothing went wrong this time.

"I'm trying to help you." He says, I know he is. He always is, it's the Mikaelsons I don't trust.

"Marcel, I know. I'm sorry but I have to do this. Just a few more hours and I'll be done, Kol will be back." I assure him. "Now go. I need to concentrate." I finalise and turn away from him, I start prepping for the spell once again and I'm not sure if Marcel was still there but I didn't look back to find out.
