Chapter 8

As Neha turned around and noticed Rishabh, Soumya, Karthik, and Nuts playfully teasing each other, she remarked, "And what about you all? Did you have a great time enjoying the free show? You were having so much fun, weren't you? It's like Tom and Jerry with Ram and me."

Priya said, "I'll be right back," and went upstairs.

Neha called out to Priya, but she didn't seem to hear. Neha exclaimed, "What happened to her?" in confusion and concern.

"Maybe she's missing Ram," Vikram speculated.

"Hmm, Ram is such an idiot," Neha remarked.

"Now, enough, Neha. Let's all get ready quickly. We have a long journey ahead of us," Vikram said.

"Yes, but did you notice that when Neha bhabhi pushed Priya, Ram bhai held onto her tightly?" Nuts pointed out, drawing attention to Ram's protective gesture towards Priya.

"Yes, that's right! Ram didn't let go of Priya when I pushed her. He only released her when I pulled Priya away," Neha confirmed, agreeing with Nuts' observation.

"Yeah, and he was definitely trying to push me away," Vikram added, confirming the details.

"Do you think Ram and Priya are pretending to fight?" Neha asked, expressing her suspicion.

"No, Bhabhi, I don't think Priya Bhabhi would fake something like that. She seemed genuinely upset, and she was even crying when she went upstairs." Soumya shared her observations.

"Why didn't you mention she was crying earlier?" Neha inquired. However, just as she was about to go upstairs, Vikram stopped her and said, "Neha, leave her alone for now. She'll be fine. You go and get ready."

"But Vikram..." Before Neha could say anything, Priya's voice came from behind: "Hey, aren't you all ready to leave yet?" Priya, carrying her bag, came down the stairs and noticed everyone's gaze fixed on her. She looked at them inquisitively and asked, "What happened? Why are you all looking at me like this?"

"Neha, are you okay?" Priya asked with concern.

"I'm fine; what happened?" Priya replied, slightly confused by the attention she was receiving.

"Oh, Ram left you like that, so I thought..." Neha started to say something, but Priya interrupted her.

"Neha, it's okay. Mr. Kapoor had his reasons for leaving, and I'm fine. Let's not dwell on it and focus on getting ready to leave," Priya reassured Neha with a calm demeanor.

"Alright, everyone, let's gather our bags and head downstairs. While you do that, I'll talk to the caretaker," Vikram said, making his way outside to handle the necessary arrangements.

Everyone gathered their bags and started their journey to Mumbai.

Rishabh, Soumya, Karthik, and Nuts got into one car, while Vikram, Neha, and Priya settled into the other car.

Priya took a seat in the back and began missing her man. As she looked out of the window, a tear rolled down her cheek. However, she quickly wiped it away, not wanting Vikram and Neha to notice.

The journey continued in silence, with everyone still upset with Ram.

Finally, after 10-11 hours, they reached Mumbai. Neha and Vikram dropped off Priya at Kapoor Mansion, then left in their car. Rishabh and Soumya also dropped off Nuts and Karthik at Sharma House before heading back to Kapoor Mansion.

As they stepped into the house, Krishna Ji and Dadi were surprised by their sudden arrival. Dadi asked them, "Hey, what are you all doing here? Weren't you supposed to come after a week?"
