Mina's POV

Today is the fourth day of our vacation and we decided to visit Jihyo and Minyoung again. To my surprise her sister and brother-in-law came to pick up Minyoung.

Woah! He's so handsome. Sana exclaimed.

No wonder Chaeyoung is really pretty. Momo added.

I guess they are right. Both Chaeyoung parents are visuals.

Hi. Mr. Son greeted us.

We bow down to them.

Sorry for the interruption but we're here to get our cutie. Mr. Son happily said.

Daddy. Minyoung happily called him.

Aigoo. Did you miss us? Mrs. Son asked.

Minyoung vigorously nod her head.

She's really cute.

I'm sorry it took us days sweetie. Mrs. Son said while hugging Minyoung.

Where's Katarina? Jihyo asked.

Mr. Son look at us then to Jihyo with a worry face.

She was called by your father. I heard there's a problem regarding business. Mr. Son answered.

I see. Unnie, you think she will be fine? Jihyo worriedly asked her sister.

She will. Don't worry. She's in Japan. So, mother will take care of her. Mrs. Son said.

I think it's getting late. We will go ahead. Mr. Son said.

I saw Minyoung run towards us.

Mama. She called me.

I lift her up and kissed her cheeks then shyly look at her parents.

Be a good girl. Okay? I said to her.

Say your goodbye to Sana and Momo Unnie. I said

Minyoung hugged us then I walk towards her parents.

I'm sorry. She really likes to call me like that. I shyly apologize to them.

No. It's fine. You don't need to apologize. Mr. Son said while smiling at me.

Ugh. Why I can see Chaeyoung's smile on him.

I just smile and gave Minyoung to them. Afterwards they left Jihyo's house.

Yah! Ji, I didn't know Chaeyoung's Dad is so handsome. Sana exclaimed.

Yeah! He's also smart and well mannered. Ji added.

No wonder. Chaeyoung was built different. Momo commented.

She really is. That's why she's also attracts trouble. Jihyo said.

Eh? Trouble? I curiously asked.

Yup. But- she's a genius and she can find solution to it. Jihyo explained.

Mina sat in the backseat of the car, gazing out the window as the landscape of Japan passed by. She was excited to be visiting her grandparents and brother, but even more intrigued by the day's destination: her grandmother's best friend's house. The stories she had heard painted a picture of a grand and luxurious traditional Japanese home.As the car pulled up to the entrance, Mina's eyes widened. The house was even more magnificent than she had imagined. It stood tall and elegant, surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens and adorned with intricate woodwork. The setting sun cast a golden glow over the property, giving it an almost ethereal quality. Mina's grandparents and brother stepped out of the car, and she followed suit, still marveling at the sight before her. They walked up to the front door, where an elegant old lady greeted them. Her demeanor was both simple and refined, exuding a warmth that made Mina feel instantly at ease."Welcome," the old lady said with a gentle smile. "I am Yuko, your grandmother's best friend. It's a pleasure to have you all here."Mina bowed politely. "Thank you for having us, Yuko-san. Your home is beautiful."Yuko chuckled softly. "Thank you, my dear. Please, come inside."They entered the house, and Mina was struck by the harmonious blend of traditional and modern elements. The tatami mats, shoji screens, and antique furniture coexisted seamlessly with contemporary art and sleek design. Yuko led them to a spacious dining room, where a table laden with an array of delicious dishes awaited them.As they settled down for dinner, Yuko shared stories about her friendship with Mina's grandmother. The conversation flowed easily, filled with laughter and nostalgic reminiscences. Just as they were finishing their meal, the door slid open, and a young woman entered, looking slightly weary but still radiant in a smart business suit."Ah, Chaeyoung! You're just in time," Yuko exclaimed. "Everyone, this is my granddaughter, Chaeyoung. She's been working hard at our family company."Chaeyoung greeted them all politely, her eyes widening slightly when she saw Mina. "It's nice to meet you all," she said, bowing. "Mina, I didn't expect to see you here."Mina smiled, equally surprised. "I didn't expect to see you either, Chaeyoung. It's been a while."
